Premier Inn York City (Blossom St South)

跟朋友到約克，定了兩間房，工作人員一直在幫忙調整。很nice。位置環境也超級贊

Friendly and helpful staff. Roomy standard room, very clean. Bed was comfy and we enjoyed a lovely stay. Meals were excellent on the deal. Breakfast was standard fare although could be hotter. Highly recommend. Karen and Gary Australia 🩷

Sarah at the front desk needs to be recognized by the fabulous customer service she provided us. She went above and beyond with several last minute requests we sadly had to make, and we thank her for it! The room was a great size, everything was clean and comfortable. For lunch, I had their vegetable curry - it was to die for! It’s an easy walk to the Shambles, the City Walk walk, the York Minster and the Viking Museum- Jorvik, all do not miss! I would most definitely recommend this hotel.

Bedroom and bathroom acceptable standard. Restaurant procedure was disorganised and slow. Breakfast : we queued up to be greeted at entrance to dining area and were then taken to another position to make payment, then back to restaurant and shown to our table … all by the same person whilst others were left queuing. Although we booked and paid for ‘Meal Deal’ at Reception on our first night, we did not learn that Blue Light Card would have given us discount until after we had entered the restaurant. The evening meal was poor, so we did not experience that again, but when we chose to have Continental Breakfast on our final morning we were told BLC applied to Meal Deal only. The notice was misleading Again, food quality was poor - mainly because the cooked food was only just warm and not enjoyable. Plates were cold. Noisy early morning rubbish collection adjacent to our room. Although fairly elderly, we are always allocated one of the furthest rooms; not convenient when we also have a couple of large suitcases to move.

This trip was a treat for me to get a couple of nights away . I planned to be a tourist in York,see the sights and feel the buzz of the city . I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station and the city .it was perfect - I was 5 mins from the train and 10 mins from the city .

Stayed for one night was amazing was all very friendly wished we had stayed here longer....... We will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the near future We enjoyed York as well first time here was very happy with everything and reasonable prices

Lovely location, about 6 mins walk from the station and 10-15 mins walk into town. Beds comfy, staff polite and breakfast nice.

Superb hotel good price , easy access to city centre . Good restaurant facilities next to hotel. Short walk to station

Stayed at Premier Inn for couple of nights to see York city as this was our first visit. I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I arrived early from London and check in was at 3pm. I checked in early and didn’t have to wait long to get the room ready. Helen & Michelle were really helpful as they also gave us tips about the Restaurants and places to visit. It is always a nice experience when staff gives you personal service. Looking forward to my next visit.
