I had a rocky start because I booked at the last minute and there was mistake between ******* and ONE South Boutique Hotel & Venue, so my reservation didn't get over to them. But once I connected they jumped through hoops to make my stay a memorable one. One of their employees made a special trip in to handle my issues with my room. Seriously, I appreciate his quickness and professional attitude. I like the self check in after hours. I know that they are just getting started, but the room and the building is really done well. I will stay there again. Thanks you!

This property was such a huge disappoin**ent.
Starting with the good- it was clean and beautiful and the location was great. However, it was one thing after another in terms of let downs:
-there was no bathroom door (which was not advertised) so the toilet was literally two feet from the head of the bed with no barrier.
-there was no hot water when we first got there which meant I went out for my anniversary dinner unshowered.
-the WiFi kept cutting out to the point that it was unusable
-the window didn’t close all the way meaning the room was cold and very loud
-their was no hairdryer (which would have been fine, if it had been advertised. But I didn’t bring one because what kind of hotel room doesn’t supply one?) so when we did get hot water, I still couldn’t wash my hair
-the in-room check-in/check out screen didn’t work

The property was perfectly located near everything we needed to get to. It was easy to access, clean, and our requests were met quickly.
