Los Arcos

We stopped at this hotel on the way down to South of Spain in May and again on way back to Bilbao to catch ferry. We have stayed at this hotel before. Convenient for the motorway being at exit 69 of the A4 motorway. Clean and dog friendly as we always have our small dog. Husband is disabled and we use the disabled room which has wetroom shower and all facillities. Handrails all around the shower area. Another double bed was set up in mini lounge area which we did not use. Separate private entrance. Parking can be in the private gated area which we always use. You have to enter up the stairs to gain entrance to the restaurant and bar. Breakfast and dinner available from the bar (as we have our small dog with us.) Lots of choices on menu. There is a separate restaurant but we prefer to stay in bar area. Nice friendly staff, especially Robert.

Paramos para desayunar, caro 19,3€,la atención, sobre todo del camarero pésima, falta de profesionalidad, creo que lo que pretenden es cargarse el negocio. Por la falta de limpieza habría que denunciarlo, papeleras llenas, aseos asquerosos, las escaleras se le pegaban a uno los zapatos. Espero les hagan una inspección de sanidad. Lo he borrado de mis rutas………
