From arrival to departure, the hotel exuded warmth and hospitality. The staff were consistently friendly and kind, making me feel genuinely welcome. Melisa at the front desk was great! Special thanks to the staff, especially Sahin and his top-notch cocktails! Aziz's attentiveness and hard work as well as Hasan and Tugi's humour and charm made each evening a highlight. Can't wait to return!

This is a 2 star hotel. The food was cold every night .The coffee was vile the food was the same most nights.The highchairs in the dining room are dirty they have the cheek to put a black bin bag on the trays of the children highchairs. you wouldnt put a cat in the high chairs. They use the same colthes to wipe ever think they need to wipe down .there was no cleaning product was ever used .on the table.The dining room chairs are dirty and need a good clean. The gym is laughable.The floors in reception area are dirty and need a good mop.l sat down one night on a chair in the over priced bar in black trouser to get up covered in cats hairs. The cleaners for the rooms are different .They clean the rooms and put clean towels everyday. the beds are made but would like to see the floor mop and mirrows cleaned This has to be by the far worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Someone need to check this hotel and change the stay rating.ASAP

Hotel was really nice- great upgrade from another hotel that was staying at. Good facilities, indoor pool (although the gym was really dated and could do with some attention). There’s access to the beach from the lower ground floor, and the all inclusive restaurant is located on the 8th floor boasting good food with a great view. Staff were amazing and friendly, including house keeping, which you could communicate to view the switches by the door. Overall 8/10

No hot water in showers , full week gettin told it would be fixed tomorrow, food was very limited and cold every evening, I complained to chef but was ignored , location was ok , 10 minute drive to centre , staff were pleasant and rooms were nice , but with cold showers and cold food I’d advice to stay clear

Lovely hotel , amazing and friendly hotel staff , food is good with plenty of choice , short bus journey to town centre, poor water pressure on top floors but rooms are comfortable with plenty of storage and loads of pillows, small balconies (just room for 1 person) , bar staff were good fun and even though were new in jobs they were very friendly, definitely going back

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the staff is absolutely shocking they weren’t helpful in anyway the all look so unhappy and none of them were welcoming either the food is absolutely disgusting the price of the drink was ridiculous they only turn on the lights when buses were coming once they checked in it looked like the hotel was closed the only staff who were actually doing a good job were the cleaners an absolute joke of a hotel 100% this is not a 5* I wouldn’t stay here again if I got it free also the location is so bad there is nothing around the hotel it’s 15 minutes from the centre which cost €20-€30 return daily ! There is no entertainment at all only YouTube on a speaker cats jumping on the chairs and tables where people are sitting eating disgusting !!

An absolute hell hole of a place nothing working in it, lifts were a joke 2 people at a time when you could actually get one, staff were horrible apart from one, staking all the women, got my drink spiked and my husband caught him red handed and he was let away with it, facilities non existent pool always closed so was the steam room and sauna, walls in rooms paper thin we were kept awake all night as our neighbor's snoring was so loud, food disgusting cold and same every single day, please don't stay here please

We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a tour group seeing different sites around Turkey. We didn’t necessarily choose this hotel, but I definitely would not go back there again if I could avoid it. The elevator only has one button that goes up and you have to wait for it to come all the way down. It was the worst Hotel of the seven that I stayed at in 10 days in Turkey. Do your research and choose wisely.

For a 5 star hotel this was a 12 star. The hotel is old and tired. Only two lifts that kept stopping. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. No safety box in room. Buffet breakfast was not 4/5 star. The beach is a tiny ***** of smelly sand and the water stinks like sewage due to the flowing water sewage coming from hotel. The staff at front desk were very nonchalant. So many other nice places to stay!
