The whole experience with the hotel screams subpar and 3 stars at the most. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is not updated with trip.com, meaning we ended up walking around like lost chickens for 30 minutes, asking for directions and eventually finding it by looking for similarities in the pictures. Second, the room we were given didn't have an internal lock, and the lock itself was stuffed with tissue. The room had a TV mount with no TV, and there were no mini-fridges or plugs beside the bed. There were also no controls to control the AC; it was simply a fan that kept spinning inside an open vent. The shower was simply a bath-shower combo; however, lacking any shower curtain, you'd end up flooding the whole bathroom. The buffet food was mediocre, with the food only getting good on the last day of our stay. When at the pool, the lifeguard scammed us by stating we needed to pay 10 dinar for the towels upon return, which we did. However, we later found out this was not the case, and we had simply been scammed. The only positive of this hotel is the manager, who was friendly and helpful. Other than that, for a 4-star hotel, the experience was abysmal and much more reminiscent of a 3-star experience.

It’s old tatty definitely not 4 star maybe 2 star the lifts stop in between floors and frighten you to death chips and cracks everywhere the food was awful we had to eat out most of the time the restaurant is more of a cafe grab what you can as the place seemed stingy with food , drink , even glasses to drink out of . You had to wait for a person to finish a drink to have a clean glass very odd on the up side the staff were lovely and made the most of it. Where it’s situated is awesome right by the beach and the marina also the town also you have to pay at the beach bar . The guy was charging me £10 English for 4 beers . Also the hotel wouldn’t change any money for me unless it was cash for cash.the room . Door handle fell off as we walked into the room day 3 all the electrics blew we had to get an electrician they said it was the fridge no extra pillows or any blankets at all underneath is a restaurant that never shuts . They were singing karaoke on a Mike with bongo drums until approximately 4 we had to sleep with earphones oh I forgot a lady from Lancaster England wanted to fight everybody and cause trouble the whole time we were there . You are allowed 2 small bottles of water per day after 8pm very strict for your teeth so be prepared to buy your own

Hotel location is excellent Food is hit and miss but and plenty of options and buffet options are many Tunisia hotels star ratings have dropped so don’t expect the hotel to be in the condition that you got 25 years ago if your like me and have returned. Lack of investment in hotels is the problem as I see it. Atmosphere is very good Rooms are tired but clean Value for Money is ok Entertainment team was 100% and were the savior of our holiday as they were all excellent and wonderful people as an entertainment team ! Highly recommended and appreciated to them all 🙌😎🙌

my name is scott i was there for 2 weeks its deffo not 4* but wee had a ball my uncle papa. but the best best part of the holiday was zoubair and sahabi ,these 2 guys went out and out to make us welcome and look after us.deffinitly they should be promoted.if i owned a hotel i would steal these guys from yous and employ them at mine.everyone was great and welcoming but my 2 friends went an extra mile.i miss yous my friends for ever❤️
