It is nice small hotel with friendly staff, small room with good double bed. I did fine most of what I need in the area, food coffee, shopping, specially at night you can much more like very delicios and cheep street food, clothes and tools. I did book one night online then I extended my stay for more three nights. the price is good for its rating.

Amazing hostel, I am traveling with my motorbike around middle east and was looking a place with a good price, atmosphere to meet people and a safe place for my moto. And I found the best place! The place is sparkling clean, staff is amazing and very helpful, beds are super confy and the best is that they have parking with 24/7 video survailance for my moto. And it is in the middle of Sulimanie, so it can't be better. Thank you very much, I really hope I can come back again in your lovely hotel and city!!

We stayed in Dolphin hotel for over a week and we really recomend it. Shah, the owner, is always available for a talk or answering a question and in many cases he helped us finding a solution or an alternative to a problem. He speaks very good english and he is always available for translation, even if you just call him. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need. If you need extra space or a big table there is a big common room upstairs with free tea and water. There is also a kitchen. The hotel is located right in the heart of Sulaymaniyah, next to the bazar and some good local restaurant.

I spontaneously decided to travel to Slemani and was highly satisfied with my stay at the Dolphin hotel. I was travelling in northern Iraq and was really happy that I could be in touch with the hotel via WhatsApp. As I did not have any credit on my Sim card to make phone calls, this was a great option. The staff were very flexible and offered me an affordable, quiet room with a private bathroom- all of this was last minute. The entire hostel is spotless. I had a compact room in which I slept very well. The bathroom has a squat style toilet, a bar of soap, a towel and shower sandals were provided. Complimentary water was also provided. Every morning I went upstairs to enjoy my complimentary breakfast. I think it’s very nice that the other guests were not only foreign backpackers, but also other Iraqi tourists. The location is perfect. In the middle of the exotic bazaar and around the corner from Sarah Square- very easy for taxi drivers to find. The owner, Shah, was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help me get some information on a local organisation I was trying to find! I appreciate that! Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed 3 nights in October 2022 in a triple room. The room and whole property was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was hearty, healthy and delicious. The owner/manager, Shah, and all his staff were very friendly, spoke various levels of english and were very helpful. The location of this property is superb with interesting sights and a wide choice of street food or restaurants just steps away.
