Tengyang Hotel

The room was terribly dirty, cold and dark. Dirt was everywhere. It was so dirty that I just didn't want to touch anything in there. Also the floor in the bathroom and hallway was wet. When I came for check-in nobody was at the front desk, I called the hotel and nobody answered then I went upstairs and finally found a man who was working there. Well after that I went to a restaurant for lunch and when I came back I couldn't open the door, because the room's card wasn't working. I asked the staff for help and they used their own card to open the door but didn't give me a new card so I had to ask them to open my door every time I came back to the hotel. It's very inconvenient moreover when most of the time you can't find any staff member. AC wasn't working at all although it was winter. Outside was warmer than in the room. I was just freezing in my down coat. Hope I'll never experience this again.

進店讓我直接交128元，我説網上訂完了，才不説話了。為了省電，中央空調不開熱風，發票也不開，還反問我：你也沒説要開發票呀？這是啥邏輯？我一般不給店差評，這次忍無可忍！
