한국인 리뷰입니다. 출장으로 방문했고 시안북역에서 차로 5분정도로 매우 가까워 교통이 편리 합니다. 24년에 새로 리모델링 한 호텔이라 시설도 최신이고 정말 청결합니다. 특히 조식은 퀄리티가 호텔급 입니다. 과일,디져트, 빵류도 풍부하고 정말 맛있었습니다. 특히 식당에서 여직원분이 정말 친절했는데 이름을 까먹었습니다. (Ms。wang이였던거 같습니다) 또 안내데스크에 Mr.吴씨가 서비스가 너무 좋았습니다.여러가지 요청사항을 부탁하였는데 너무 친절하게 응대하였습지다. 친절한 직원이 많아 머무는동안 잘 쉬었습니다. 출장뿐만아니라 가족끼리 여행으로 머물기도 너무 적합합니다 다음기회가 된다면 또 예약하고싶습니다.😍😍😍

호텔이 방금 오픈했고, 서비스 태도가 매우 좋고, 시안 북역과 매우 가깝고, 호텔은 깨끗하고 편안하며, 주차가 편리합니다. 호텔 프런트 데스크 Xiao Wu와 레스토랑 Xiao Li and Xiao Zhu 모두 아주 좋은 서비스를 제공합니다. 내가 떠날 때 선물로 작은 펜던트를 받았습니다.

호텔은 보통입니다. 지하철 입구가 매우 편리합니다. 도보로 2~3분 밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 호텔 서비스는 개선의 여지가 있습니다. 서비스 태도에 주의를 기울여야 합니다. 호텔의 브랜드 서비스가 반영되지 않았습니다. 약간 오만하지만 호텔의 좋은 브랜드 이미지를 소모합니다.
위생상태가 좋지 않습니다. 직원들이 책임감이 있지만 새로운 호텔의 문제일 수 있습니다. 시트와 이불 커버를 교체할 때 먼지가 많이 났습니다. 식당에 머무르는 것이 거의 불가능했습니다. 직원들도 마스크를 착용하고 건강에 주의를 기울이는 것이 좋습니다. 이 정도의 먼지는 너무 많이 흡입하면 신체에 매우 나쁩니다.
