Very beautiful hotel! Will definitely book again!! From our late arrival to check out everything was absolutely amazing. The staff where super helpful and friendly, especially Mayte who was absolutely fabulous! The food was lovely, we particularly liked the pizza and chicken wings! Cocktails where top class my partner really loved the Mango sunsets and I thought the spicy pineapple margaritas where exceptional! The breakfast was very good and the staff although there was a language barrier couldn't have been more helpful and patient. The hotel has been open only a couple of months and although they are still figuring a few things out I thought it was a fantastic experience. I really wish we could have stayed longer! I'm sorry I couldn't list all the staff names as they all deserved a mention! Thank you for a wonderful stay. S&C

Lovely hotel with 40 or so rooms all on one level, most with a private terrace next to the pool, half dozen with sea views. Seems like there are more pool lounge chairs than guests - not going to be fighting for a spot. “Room” service to the lounge chairs outside your room. Super chill and the staff are wonderful. One could spend the entire trip inside the hotel and miss the wonderful city of Gandia: don’t. Get out and explore. Highly recommend.

Having been working in Valencia last I saw that IHG was opening a new beach hotel in Gandia which is hour away by train and so I decided to book. What I hadn`t realised was that I would be their first ever guest and it was a true stroke of luck as this property is absolutely beautiful. My room overlooks the most incredible pool area which is 8 steps away, breakfast is extensive and excellent and I will most definitely return here. I travel a lot and do not think that I have met a more youthful, charming, helpful and positive group of people than the staff at this hotel. They are led by the charismatic, delightful Carolina and all clearly take great pride in their involvement in this new enterprise.

Acabamos de regresar de pasar unos dias en el hote y solo tengo bunas palabra. Como profesional del sector y clienta ha sido un placer conocer este nuevo hotel con un concepto totalmente disitno a cualquier hotel de playa que puedas encontrar en Gandia. Es un OASIS de paz y exlusividad dentro de la multitudinaria Gandia. Las instalaciones nuevas, decoradas ocn mucho gusto . Hbitaciones quiza justas, pero decoradas con muchisimo gusto y confortable. Amenitis maravillosos. La piscina es una autentica maravilla, limpia con un moviliario de calidad y muy silenciosa. En cuanto al personal . Muy atentos todos y amables. Los chicos del restaurante son todos muy serviciales y especila mencion a FRANCISCO le Metre, atnetno a cada detalle y super profesional. Además prepara los mejores mojitos de la zona. Si tuviera que escaparme 3 dias volvería a elegirlos. Gracias por todo

Un concepto diferente para Gandía, es exclusivo, y diferente, magnífica atención por parte de todo el personal, muy amables pero sin agobiar. Las habitaciones nuevas, bien decoradas, con excelentes camas y un baño espectacular, por los menos las premium que es donde estuvimos. La piscina da al interior de los jardines de la Ducal, por lo que es tranquila, poco gente y siempre hamacas disponibles. Es más tranquilo que los demás hoteles de la playa y estás en primera línea. Totalmente recomendable si buscas descansar y relajarte. El restaurante muy bueno, con precios medios o medio altos pero con estupenda relación calidad precio, se come muy bien.
