I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. Patrycja who was on vacation , is always making sure that guest will receive the best service ever , she organized in advance and gave all the instructions before my arrival to respond to all my requests Patrycja is a gem for this hotel Every morning it was a real feast at breakfast which is always delicious with new things to discover and to taste each time I come back Breakfast have a large choices with high quality The breakfast team is also very professional, thanks to Ada, kinga but particularly to Katja who does a remarkable job thank you Katjia for an extremely good service and your kindness. The hotel is fantastic. All was perfect from the localization (back to the cathedral), accommodation (nice room with great view and wonderful bed), tasty breakfast and helpful staff. The view from the well-kept spa is an incredible and unforgettable. However, to be an idealistic one it should be adult only or +16 (as an option spa should be open only for adults). Moreover, the spa should be open at the morning (6-11 am) and afternoon (4-11 pm). On Mon-Sat it works at 4-9 pm only.

I think I got a room even more beautiful than I expected . The room is spacious, clean, artfully decorated and well-equipped. everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. The river+ City view outside living-room and kitchen window is impeccable. Parking easy as the space they reserved is right under the apartment building. Need to mention as well that breakfast is a must-add. It’s tasty and in a good portion and presentation. They delivered breakfast to your room so that you can enjoy the delicious breakfast with the amazing view outside without effort. Staff nice and helpful. I’d stay here as long as I can since this place is so comfortable and like-home. Old town, and the most attractions are just across the short bridge totally waiting walking distance (10 mins). Would definitely recommend to stay here for a couple of nights.

I’ve rated five stars not because the apartment was perfect but because, for the price, it went above expectations. After reading reviews I was sceptical but most bad reviews must be from picky individuals who would deem a broken shower door the demise of a holiday. In actual fact, the apartment was clean, well laid out, and really surprised me. We arrived to the reception area and were met with a set of keys and some basic house rules but no mention of deposit and no over-the-top request’s especially surprising considering there was seven of us English men staying for a drinking weekend (acknowledging the undesirable reputation loud Englishmen have in Europe). We were showed to our apartment which had two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. Everything was clean. We didn’t have hot water for the first night, the curtains fell down when closing them, the shower doors wouldn’t close, and we were only given one set of keys. But, like I mentioned earlier, we aren’t picky and some minute inconveniences such as these were not an issue. There was a very handy night entrance for after 2200 and most nights when we came in around 0300/0400 we were greeted by a security officer who respectfully and understandably reminded us to keep quiet as there are several apartments in the building. We did this and had absolutely no issues. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Wrocław and recommend it to anyone who isn’t overly concerned with small details. (It cost us £15 per night per person which is cheaper than most hostels and the quality of stay between the two cannot even be compared)
