호텔 로투스(Hotel Lothus)

좋은 위치, 친절한 직원이 있는 오래된 스타일의 호텔, 주변에 먹을 곳이 많고 도시를 둘러보기 쉽습니다. 특히 가격 때문에 다시 예약하고 싶습니다

손자와 함께 이곳에서 2박을 묵고 막 돌아왔습니다. 첫째, 이것은 최고 수준의 고급 호텔이 아닙니다. 그럴 수도 있지만 약간의 돈이 필요합니다. 그러나 그곳에서 너무 많은 시간을 보내지 않고 최고의 위치에 있는 기지를 원한다면 이것이 가능합니다. 편의점이 바로 옆에 있고 조용한 거리의 모든 것의 가장자리에 위치가 더할 나위 없이 좋습니다. 리셉션에는 항상 일하는 사람이 있었고 그들은 쾌적하고 빨랐으며, 엘리베이터가 있었고, 우리는 4층에 있었기 때문에 꼭 필요했습니다. 방은 깨끗했지만 샤워 시설과 BBC 뉴스를 볼 수 있는 작은 TV가 있어 단조로웠습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았고, 모든 것이 제공되었지만 다른 커피 머신도 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 원래 언급했듯이 호텔에는 약간의 돈이 필요하지만 가격이 올라갈 것이므로 환상적인 위치에 있는 가격 대비 가치가 뛰어나며 추천하고 싶습니다.

초라함이 묻어나는 오래된 호텔. 매우 깨끗합니다. 위치는 훌륭합니다. Rynek에서 불과 5분 거리입니다. 뷔페 식 아침 식사는 풍부하고 다양하며 그 자체로 숙박할만한 가치가 있습니다.

The position is the ONLY positive point. All the rest is terrible. Breakfast is the worst ever (and I travel a lot), before getting in the breakfast room you have to wait, to many people and few tables, then you will find that there is no fruits, no yogurt, all fat food, only one coffe maschine self service for 50/70 people, you have to wait at least 20 minutes, the room are basic and a little dirty, after I saw a boy cleaning the moquet on the floor with the mop I realized it was definitively dirty. The girl at the reception is pleasant as a niddle in the pullover. DON'T GO.

Slow check in at 14:00, worn down and dirty room. Breakfast is not good at all with old and dry bread, not much to choose from and not enough tables for the guests. Only 1 slow coffeemachine and long que to get a cup.👎 Great location though😉 Short walk to city centre

Excellent hotel. Location is perfect, staff is professional and helpful, room and bathroom are clean what is the most important (yes, little bit oldfashioned but no problem). Went two times at the breakfast, and brekfast is one of the best i had ever in Europe. Definitely recommended.

Conveniently situated for the old town. Very disappointing stay. Room at hotel was sparse at best. One bath size towel, no hand towel until last day (complete with holes). No bedside table, sheet too small to be securely tucked in which meant that I woke up lying on the bare matress. Only one teabag (and no coffee) for the whole of the 4 day stay. Shaving light in bathroom not working. All this was sent to ******* in the initial property and check-in feed back. Nothing was done to make amends. I saw no restaurant or bar at the hotel although they were supposed to be available according to the ******* booking page. ******* must take some responsibility for the poor situation as I would expect that all hotels are checked before being put on web page. I will be very unlikely to trust ******* sufficiently to use them in the future.

As a family we stayed here in May earlier this year. I've stayed at this hotel many times now and it's always the first place I look at when I'm booking my return to Wroclaw. What has always stood out at this hotel is how excellent and helpful the staff are. Some have come and gone over the years, both in reception and the breakfast area but there are still some familiar faces and they are always more than happy to assist. I've stayed in a few different rooms at the hotel and as mentioned on a previous review some of the rooms do need an upgrade, not all but some do. The ones that have been upgraded are really excellent. In no way luxurious but clean, comfortable, tidy and modern - perfect for what I'm looking for in a city break hotel. The rooms that haven't been upgraded - most from what we've stayed in are fine, especially for a lads weekend, the odd one that we've stayed though probably did need an overhaul but generally speaking the non upgraded rooms are OK as well. The breakfast, as ever offers more than enough to start the day. Fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cereals. It's not the most extensive and some people may want more than what's on offer but if its included in your stay it's good value. Location - again as mentioned many times, is excellent - a short walk to the main square and well positioned for jumping in and out of taxi's if you want to go a but further afield. As with all my previous reviews I give it 5*'s again, that's based on the value in relation to the location, the standard of the hotel, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and as important as all those things - the staff, they always push it over the line when I come to reviewing the hotel. I'm about to book my trip to Wroclaw for the Xmas, it's highly likely we'll be staying here again,

Nothing flash but does the job for a few days breakfast better than expected and in a very central location staff helpful and rooms very basic but adequate would definitely return to this city lovely hidden gem,just a short walk to the square where there are plenty bars and cafes with a lovely Greek restaurant which we visited 2 nights running.
