남편과 저는 출장으로 AC 메리어트에 6박 묵었습니다. 우리는 매우 평화롭고 쾌적하며 편안한 숙박을 했습니다. 방은 조용했고, 호텔 어메니티도 충분했고, 위치도 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 몇 명의 직원(아래 참조)의 노력과 공헌을 인정하고 싶습니다. 첫째, 레스토랑의 Katia는 매우 친절하고 전문적이며 지식이 풍부했습니다. 매일 아침 그녀는 우리의 식단 제한 사항이 충족되었는지 확인했습니다. 그녀는 우리의 식사 경험을 즐겁고 기억에 남을 수 있도록 그 이상의 성과를 거두었습니다. 우리는 그녀와 나머지 F&B 팀에게 매우 감사드립니다. 둘째, 프론트 데스크의 Zaklina는 매우 도움이 되고 전문적이며 이해심이 많았습니다. 그녀는 방문 중이던 친구를 위해 조기 체크인을 해주었습니다. 셋째, Marlena는 매우 친절하고 전문적이며 따뜻하게 대해주었습니다. 그녀는 우리 이메일에 적시에 응답했고 우리가 편안하게 머물 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 그러나 작은 문제가 있었습니다. 여행을 떠나기 전에 우리는 남편의 예약에 나를 추가하는 것에 관해 영업 관리자와 대화를 나눴습니다. 저를 예약에 추가하면 하루에 100PLN의 추가 비용이 발생한다고 들었습니다. 우리는 전 세계 많은 메리어트 체인에 머물렀으며 이러한 상황에서 추가 비용을 요구받은 적이 없습니다. 비용이 그렇게 많이 드는 것은 아니지만 컴포트 킹 발코니룸에 2명이 숙박할 수 있다는 인상을 받았습니다. 도착 당일 체크인했을 때 프런트 데스크 직원은 나를 예약에 추가하는 데 아무런 문제가 없었으며 물론 추가 결제도 필요하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 우리는 머무는 동안 고객 서비스 수준에 매우 만족했으며 다음 브로츠와프 방문에도 꼭 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 앞으로도 힘써주세요. The best Marriott can offer. This hotel is quite discreet and I was not expecting anything special the first time I visited. This week though, I messed up my booking and ended up with a room too small for our family (and hotel was fully booked). At this moment Kasia arrived (thank you again) took care of my family with drinks and play corner for kids, organized a bigger room and saved our stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool very much on next morning: this hit has it all!

This is a magnificent 5 star hotel. We have stayed in many Marriotts, but rarely has the staff been as kind and welcoming. My husband and I would especially like to recognize Patricia and Marlena from Reception. Marlena sent us welcoming emails before we got there, and Patricia was so kind every day we saw her and gave us a great tour of the vault—the building was an old German bank. In the dining room Teresa and Katya were so happy to see us at breakfast and went out of their way to ensure good service. Finally, Grzegorz, a young man working at the bar was so kind and helpful at dinner. Each one of these individuals, and I’m sure many more, are certainly a tribute to Marriott. .

Very beautiful hotel, good location. Close to the city centre. We were staying for two nights and I have received an upgrade. The room was very nice. I visited Wroclaw primarily to attend the Chris**as Market at Wrocławski Rynek. The AC Marriott Hotel is ideally situated a short walk from the Market Square. The staff at the hotel are very attentive and all aspects of customer service are of the highest standard, whether it be at reception or in the restaurant which serves food of the highest quality. The level of service easily matches what you would expect to find in any major European cIty, such as London or Vienna. This is definitely not a typical “chain” hotel. While it has all the benefits of being part of Marriott, everything is clearly focused on providing each guest with the best experience. If you are a member of the rewards program expect this fact to be recognised. I was treated to some beautiful Polish czekolada. I loved the design of the hotel, which features a grand staircase which you can use to burn off all those calories you consume when eating at the restaurant! The rooms are furnished in a clean and simple style, while still being luxurious. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. I loved many of the design aspects, such as the curbless shower and the heated bathroom floor. Clearly a lot of effort has been taken to design a hotel fit for the 21st century, while retaining what I assume is a 100 year plus facade. It goes without saying that everything was spotless. The AC Marriott Wroclaw demonstrates one of the benefits of travelling in Poland, which is that you can experience the best at a reasonable price. I fear that this is not going to last forever; the Polish economy is expanding at a rapid rate, as the current generation is focused on success. If you arrive by train at the impressive Wrocław Główny, I suggest taking Tram 18 to Zamkowa, a short walk from the hotel. Use contactless or the Jakdojade app to pay for a ticket. The pictures of the Chris**as market really don’t reflect reality. It is actually better than shown in the pictures, and especially at night it is reminiscent of a “mythical fairy tale” European city. If you have been to all the *standard* Chris**as markets, and are looking for something else, this is one not to be missed. If you are lucky, that might even be some snow!

I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the a**osphere had a really Chris**as spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Chris**as the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Chris**as markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good a**osphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. Patrycja who was on vacation , is always making sure that guest will receive the best service ever , she organized in advance and gave all the instructions before my arrival to respond to all my requests Patrycja is a gem for this hotel Every morning it was a real feast at breakfast which is always delicious with new things to discover and to taste each time I come back Breakfast have a large choices with high quality The breakfast team is also very professional, thanks to Ada, kinga but particularly to Katja who does a remarkable job thank you Katjia for an extremely good service and your kindness. My wife and I only had one night in Wrocław, but our stay at AC Marriott helped make our short time in Wrocław very pleasant. During our stay, we interacted with 4 different front desk staff. What stood out was the fact that all four were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Zaklina went out of her way to help us with a difficulty that we were experiencing with the Jakdojade transportation app. She solved our problem with the app and made it possible for us to get to the train station more easily and on time. We so appreciated her quick thinking and helpfulness. She is truly an asset to the AC Marriott team. In addition, our room was clean and comfortable. I liked the porcelain tile floors, small dining table with two chairs, and large balcony. The hotel is conveniently located to the Old Town, so we were able to walk to the Chris**as Market in about 5 minutes. When we return to Wrocław, we would enjoy staying at the AC Marriott again.
