Room dated , cracked ceiling, wall paper coming off the wall . Service was shocking in the bar area . Not worth the money .

The hotel charged guests 50 GBP for checkout at 12:30! Despite bills paid in advance and notified front desk of leaving at noon time next day ！

Quite frankly, by day 2 we had fallen in love with the place, all staff on all sections were brilliant. All facilities were clean, well maintained and up to spec. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, 2 saunas, ice plunge pool, tennis courts, orchard and children's play area. There is also archery, bike hire and even boat hire so you can have a little trip on the river. We didn't do breakfast but there is a lovely little coffee bar with pastries and for the evening meal the main restaurant operates a buffet style with about 30 options so you could try a little bit of everything. The quality of the food was also very good. Finally I'll just mention that my partner enjoyed a couple of treatments at the spa and said her experience was superb. Thanks also to trip.com for offering an excellent room rate.

Food service is poor Spa is full Not too clean

After coming here for so many years on a regular basis, this is going to be my last time was refunded £50 of the money but really I should’ve had a full refund the whole place should not actually be open at all at the moment with all the building work going on, everything is limited to a minimum Breakfast items are minimal, smash windows no parking everywhere flooded banging had no sleep because of the scaffolding with the scaffolding sheets blowing in the wind. Avoid until all renovations have been carried out. And this is nothing like how the Runnymede hotel was run before. Please remember that the food is all different too.

Lovely helpful freindly service and clean...limited massage options from 11- e.g after the spa which was shame ...room was great, food was varied...good price

Fantastic location, made to feel special from the moment you walk through the door. Restaurant for evening meal, all cooked on site, NO pre-cooked food, superb and a great breakfast swell Although there is major work being carried out, it did not degrade from our stay

It was amazing had breakfast which was great and catered for the vegans without making a fuss or waiting for it. The staff service was excellent, the location is amazing calming which is what I needed to get away from the busy lifestyle. Most importantly it’s not far for south London so it didn’t take long to get there or to come home, but enjoyed that country side feeling abs greenery. Enjoyed bring near the river, will come back. The beds were very comfortable, bedding was good quality. The spa was perfect, could do with some calming music when relaxing on the beds.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, breakfast was good quality and lots of variety. Free use of gym and pool.
