Basic and no frills hotel in a prime location on Worthing seafront. I chose as it’s great value and the location could not be better. The place really could do with a refurb, that said, the staff are just fantastic. Such a warm welcome and everyone I encountered is so happy, helpful and engaging. So lovely, especially when travelling alone. Great budget stay and the people made all the difference.

No hot water. Building works are being undertaken and I would not have stayed if I knew before.

I would not recomend a stay here especially if you want to park your car as there are only 10 places and they are full all the time ,Searching for parking is a pain the grafton road car park is closed due to falling masonry and ended up in buckingham road so hefty charge and move by 6am or move your car again.I the hotel one lift not working ,the downstairs toilet is shut due to a dangerous ceiling ,our shower tap was broken but did work and if you open a window you come back to a pigeon in your room and mess ,the walls are plasterboard so all we could hear was the neighbours shagging all night so not impressed at all.
