This hotel has recently been refurbished at what is obviously considerable expense. If you are visiting Blenheim Palace, it is an ideal place to stay, in the heart of this delightful village. The room was extremely comfortable - the bed so much so, that I would have stayed in it until I was forced to leave. Unfortunately, I had to get away early. But breakfast was expedited for me, and the food quality was first rate, even the tea did not need crutches to get out of the pot! Above all, all the small things which ought to work in luxury hotels like this worked first time and were easily navigable, even by a technophobe like me. Definitely the place to stay, if you are visiting Woodstock or Blenheim Palace (unless, of course, you get an invitation to the palace itself, which I imagine would give the hotel a run for its money).
