Room was horrible, needed renovations 20 years ago…! Cigarette burns on carpet, toilet with broken cover water kept running, beds extremely uncomfortable, noisy AC that would not stop, wallpaper falling off the wall, headboards falling apart. Would never go there again.

We were seeing a show at Dominion Raceway and didn’t want to have to drive home after, so having a place to stay so close to the venue was ideal. This hotel is still relatively new and in great condition. It’s pretty much no frills, but a good stay for the price. Our only complaints are that our friends didn’t have towels or wash cloths in their room so they had to call and ask for some. The person they spoke to was too busy to bring them any, but said they could come down and get some. They were given 3 towels and no wash cloths. The soap dispenser in our shower was out of soap so we had to wash with shampoo. The breakfast included with the stay was pretty meager and not well stocked. It was the worst I’ve had in my travels. All this aside, the room was clean, check in and out was easy, and the location is very convenient.

The only thing that i was no happy it's that the coffe that usually is in lobby here was so bad and ill be in many tru around the country and its the first time this happened.

Overnite stay. Hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Breakfast is nothing special, food selection around the area is very limited.

Everything was great. Good price matress and pillow confortable. Slept very well. Good bteakfast. I recommende 100%

The front desk reception was great - friendly and commendable. She enabled quick checkin process - the room and the entire property is clean and tidy. There’s a bit of road noise due to the property being located close to the busy interstate highway, but not a nuisance. Overall the stay is excellent and highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel almost a dozen times and every time has been a little less enjoyable. But this time took the cake. I believe the hotel has changed ownership is now not a place I will go to stay again. When I first came up to the desk I couldn't tell who worked there because everyone was just in plain clothes and not acknowledging my presence The entire check-in process I was not looked at or greeted and I was never even told my room number I was just given cards. There was absolutely no customer service and the bare minimum required for any type of stay was the status quo.

1. You'll have to travel at least 25min to get to any store. Only eating places around are Taco Bell, McDonalds, Dairy Queen. 2. Sheets gas station/truck stop is right near the hotel. Be prepared to hear these trucks all night long. 3. Breakfast spread was decent. However, someone set off the smoke alarm when using the toaster. The hotel staff are not allowed to disarm the very loud alarm blaring in all the rooms so you'll need to tolerate the noise until the fire department shows up. 4. I think they are only cleaning with water. I think the bathroom needs to be cleaned with bleach or other cleaning chemicals not just wiped down with a damp rag. It has a sickening smell to it. Disinfect & sanitize the bathroom please. 5. Walls are so thin. Be prepared to hear everyone's business and arguments in the room beside you and even in the hallway outside your door. 6. It's a pet friendly hotel so if you're okay with waking up at 2am because the neighbor's puppy wants to go out and won't stop barking then you won't have a problem staying here.

Convenient location. Liked the walk-in shower. Wish they had confort height toilet. Not everyone is 5' tall. Wish there was a microwave in the room. But for the price per night the stay was very good.
