객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 넓고 편안합니다. Ximao 쇼핑몰에서 불과 2km 떨어져 있어 매우 편리합니다.

第二次入住了，離西貿很近，酒店的早餐不錯

酒店遠離市區，距西埃德蒙頓MALL開車不到十分鐘。商場空間較大，但也沒有想象中巨大，主要是商業之外的景觀水系佔據了視線。酒店位於公路邊，周邊環境比較冷僻，沒有任何其他商業或是散步的地方。內部設施還可以，房間中規中矩，大堂一側半自助的早餐不錯，可以吃飽吃好。

服務很好，房間也很乾凈。前台的服務非常到位，缺了什麼他們直接會提供。有健身房和游泳池，位置也很不錯。

一班班灑店老了一點

The staff went above and beyond for my Brother’s special needs. They were very helpful and polite. The accessibility room was exactly what we needed and I hope they don’t update the beds do a box base as we had to use a lift and the bed that was in there worked perfectly!! I stayed in the king suite and it was fabulous!! Thank you !

As I needed an accessible room for my brother who is in a wheelchair, they were the only hotel that was able to meet our needs, Their accessible room was excellent!! Lots of room.. the beds were able to accommodate the lift! I hope they never change to the boxed beds, my room the king suite was excellent as well, very comfortable! Both rooms were clean!! The staff was amazing, helped with all my questions before I arrived, handled the lift delivery and went above and beyond to help us!! Thank you so very much, I will definitely stay there again!

The service and every interaction with the staff was great. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and the sheets pretty rough.

Very clean hotel, the staff really make you feel at home! the lounge and restaurant are top notch with fun and friendly staff.

First of all the safe in the room didn’t work the hot tub jets didn’t work the coffee machine didn’t work

I would say it met my expectations but not above. There’s some wear and tear and even a little thing like a bottle cap from the previous guests next to the tv stand. Makes you wonder about the cleaning. Staff at the front counter did her job…

I really hated that there was someone slipping food flyers under the door. It was creepy. We were there for one night. And we had three of them. I spent 188 a night for that room. I would have expected something like that from a 59 a night room. That kinda ruined the whole hotel experience as my friend and I were uncomfortable
