A heated garage provides the perfect storage space for skis, snowboards, bikes, and boots with the added convenience of tandem parking for two cars. Upon entering the townhouse from the garage, additional storage options for coats and shoes can be found on the lower level of the townhome.

The second floor is where all the activity happens in the living area. Upon ascending the stairs, you will enter the gourmet kitchen equipped with all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets to prepare a delightful meal. There is also ample seating at the custom breakfast bar. If cooking is not your forte, you can enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on the patio while watching people or listening to the music from Rendezvous Event Center across the street during the summer concert season. Situated near Main Street in downtown, you can easily walk to the fantastic restaurants and shops just minutes away. The living room features a large smart HDTV with cable for watching games or streaming your favorite shows and movies, as well as a gas fireplace for relaxation. The bedroom on this floor offers a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, luxurious linens and its own TV for entertainment. A hall bath is available on this level.

Proceed to the third floor to unwind after a day full of excitement, where you will find the master bedroom, the second guest room and the bunk room. The master bedroom features a king-size bed ideal for reading a good book, watching your favorite RomCom on the TV, or simply escaping from the hustle and bustle. It also boasts an en-suite bathroom equipped with all the essentials for a pampering session. Moving along the hallway, you will come across the second guest room, furnished with a luxurious queen sized bed and its own TV for your entertainment. The bunk room is a haven for kids, complete with a single over a double bed, making it the perfect hangout spot for children of all ages. The hallway bathroom is fully stocked with everything you need. If you find yourself in need of doing laundry during your stay, fret not, as we have a full size washer and dryer on this floor, complete with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Next stop, the rooftop.

The rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the entire Fraser Valley. The recently installed hot tub is a luxurious way to unwind throughout the year, soothing any sore muscles after a day filled with skiing, biking, or hiking in the stunning surrounding area or simply to relax and forget about the stresses of daily life. The new natural gas barbecue is ideal for cooking up delicious meals like seared steaks, roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus for the family dinner. Whether dining or lounging, the rooftop patio table provides a perfect spot to enjoy the views and refreshing mountain breeze. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.

It is essential to be aware that in order to ensure the safety of guests renting this property and to facilitate easy access to the hot tub, Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may require access to the unit during your stay. Snow removal operations will take place between 10am and 4pm, with access being through the rooftop.
