My husband and I spent 4 days diving on Saba and really enjoyed our time at El Mom Cottages. We were lucky enough to stay in the Cottage in the Sky. The views of Mount Scenery and the Caribbean Sea were spectacular. The cottage has a basic but very serviceable kitchen, where we enjoyed cooking while looking out over the island each night. Our hosts, Andries and Eva were charming and helpful before and during our stay.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights solo while visiting the area. Andres is great! Friendly and had so much input and advice for the area. I love the peace and quiet (except their are frogs chirping all night) and the view from the shower. Everything is detailed so you know what to expect with the property (Lots of stairs & no A/C) The pool is refreshing and a nice way to unwind. Free drinking water available and an honor bar in the breakfast area. Loved my personalized welcome in my room and the unexpected rides when I was treading up the hill from town. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, rustic cottages, unplugged from everything. Lots of stairs, that was expected and added to the adventure. Beautiful pool. No mosquitos for us which was great. We stated in Cottage in the sky, great little kitchen, we cooked every day. But breakfast and the honor bar were really nice. Very romantic visit, occasionally accompanied by the neighbors dogs barkig. , but Andries is working out a compromise with them to keep that down. The owners are really nice, Andries is a natural and hardworking innkeeper. Make sure to pick his brain for places to eat (all were good), and use taxis, the drivers are great tourguides.

We loved our time at El Momo!! Andries is an absolute hoot and he and his partner took such good care of us! The views from the cottages (even from our shower!) are absolutely breathtaking. The breakfasts they provide are delicious. Everyone we met staying there was friendly. Definitely for the bit more adventurous type because of the outdoor feel and the climb to get there, but it's worth it! And they come in and clean your cottages which was such a nice treat! 10/10 recommend staying at El Momo!

Fantastic spot that lives up to the advertised peace and silence. The breakfast is delicious and homemade to order with local ingredients, and the hotel owners' service was attentive and easy. Just a heads up you should be comfortable with about 50 stairs to get to the hotel if you're going to stay here.

Basic but clean cabinets. Friendly and welcome atmosphere. The hosts Andries and Eva are helpful. The stairs up to El Momo are not a con but a plus. This will give you to a fantastic panorama view and a change to see beautiful sunsets. Tip: order scrambled eggs for breakfast.
