great place - Melinda is wonderful, charming, helpful host and will do most anything to make your stay pleasant and productive - she upgraded our room as we were staying a week - centrally located in Aiken - easy parking - quiet, clean and super breakfasts - part of the charming south

Incredibly relaxing, enjoyable bed and breakfast. Very comfortable, host was very accommodating, friendly and helpful of things to do and see in the area. Inn and grounds are fantastic. Very well appointed and decorated. Beds are comfortable. I highly recommend. Breakfasts were incredible with lots of options each morning. Convenient location. Among the best places I have every stayed.

Cozy spot off of the main drag. Wonderful accommodations, good food, convenient location to Augusta. The decorations and novelties in the inn are fascinating. Melinda was happy to share the stories behind these collectibles. Spending time with her was a true gift.

This is the best B&B experience we have ever had. We stayed in the Bluebird and the bed was amazing. The Inn is so quaint and beautifully decorated. The hostess, Melinda is an absolute gem. Her breakfast is cooked fresh in the morning with eggs from her hens and veggies grown in her garden. The grounds are beautiful and the horses are so lovable - we got big horse hugs in the morning. I wish we could have spent more than one night, but we have found our forever Inn when we visit Aiken and can’t wait to return.
