We stayed here on our last night in Namibia. Closer the airport and we did not want to stay in the city. This is a very big property and more for big events . The rooms were clean and the bed comfy. The rooms are scattered and the pool Is hidden away, but available. We had dinner in the bar area , cozier than the restaurant. We enjoyed talking to Dhillon the bartender . The food was delicious, my husband loved his portobello burger and my blue cheese and bacon burger were outstanding. Breakfast was included and good. Reception was nice .

Attentive staff, lovely spacious rooms, accommodative to personal needs and requests. Food was lovely, restaurant can get a bit busy but convenient as it is on site. I had made this booking on behalf of my parents to celebrate their anniversary and they had the time of their lives! A Special thank you to Jaicey at reception & Merencia at the restaurant for extra attention to detail and care. You really made the experience extra special for the 2 of them! Will definitely book again! Thank you!

Unfriendly staff, we booked with breakfast included, but you are only allowed to choose one item and one drink from the menu, you have to pay for the rest. Rooms are not state of the art, partly broken and very dark. There was also a free airport transfer promised when we booked with *******, but we did not get it.

Rooms are old, but expensive. „Open bathroom concept“ means there is no door, no curtain, nothing that separates the bedroom. If you enjoy seeing your company sitting on the toilet; this is for you! Staff arrogant. Everything is charged. You don’t feel like a valued guest, but like a cash cow. When we booked website said airport transfer was included, was cancelled all of a sudden („was a mistake on the website“) – no offer for a discount or at least an apology. „Breakfast included“ means one item from their menu plus one hot beverage. Even water must be paid for. All in all, very disappointing. Two Stars only for the nice setting. Never again!

We booked one of the suites (Lavender). The room is spacious but the bathroom is of a standard from SAN Parks. Everything is very dark. The toilet is an open space with no door and just behind your head when you are laying on the bed. The distance is about 75cm! The pictures on the website looked great but the reality is different. It is very overpriced! Breakfast can be ordered via a menu but only 1 item is in the room price, the rest you have to pay extra.

Droombos is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, carrying us on their hands—such genuine hospitality! Their warmth and attentiveness truly set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms are nothing short of stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and exuding luxury in every detail. The interior décor is simply breathtaking, creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. A special thank you for the amazing food! Every meal was a delight, and the extra effort to prepare a breakfast pack for our early departure was truly appreciated—it was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend Droombos to EVERYONE visiting Namibia! Thank you for an incredible experience. I will definitely be back soon! ✨
