Surely the worst guesthouse I have ever come across. Room is small, stuffy smell, no ventilation, as good as parking in a scrapyard, bathroom way outdated, noisy airconditioner, bedding old and worn-out, matras wat past expiry. Booked and paid for 3 nights, will be out of here as soon as possible in the morning and find better accommodation, truly pathetic place, avoid at all costs.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the mattress was worn out and extremely uncomfortable, had to ask for a second bath towel and hand soap, average size room but had a double bed and a single so not much room to move about. Will not stay there again.

Thank you for your time that we can stay at KWG. We enjoy every moment. Staff very friendly and helpful. That was value for money.

My stay at klein guest house was interesting because it happened in the winter period , i was given a nice room but i met challenges along the way when i requested them to fix the air conditioning system since i needed heating most of the night time since it was cold but that was not handled as per my request , the ambiance was great and the place was clean all the times , i recommend the housekeeping department which did a wonderful job . the restaurant was a place i wished to have time but some of the waiters were either not interested in serving me or i just didnt know the protocols , there focus was always on the other clients(white ) which seemed odd to me so i had to give up and limit my self to only breakfast and a few drinks in the evening , i thank the manager Karlien who always tried to ensure that i receive the required service like having an option on breakfast. i would surely wish to be back once i get to windhoek , namibia again because i believe there can do beta than that , it was a pleasant 2 weeks with the guest house which was amazing since it was a foreign place

Honestly, I've never encountered such a dismal place in all my life. These are the swindlers of our era, presenting enticing photos online that bear no resemblance to reality. How can they even sleep at night knowing they deceive people in such a manner? They lure you in with these pristine, fabricated images, but once you arrive, it's an entirely different scene. And when you express dissatisfaction and request a refund, they staunchly refuse to return even a fraction of what you've paid. Whether you opt to endure the conditions or seek refuge elsewhere, they pocket the cash regardless. But who would willingly subject themselves to a room infested with cockroaches? They can keep the money, and one is better off seeking accommodations elsewhere, wouldn't you agree? My advice: steer clear of this establishment at all costs.

We have stayed here a number of times when in Windhoek. Great service, relaxed atmosphere, good food, central location, cold beer, secure parking, comfortable rooms and professional staff. Thanks a lot - had an awesome stay. Will be back!
