Linville Falls Campground, RV Park, and Cabins

We live in the Asheville area but love visiting this area with so much hiking, food options, and music to enjoy. Marla and team do a fantastic job here making our camping experience so welcoming and memorable. We look forward to coming back!!

This campground is one of my favorites ever. Wooded, quiet and great bathroom setup - there's a bank of individual bathrooms with showers plus a large laundry room with commercial appliances. They sell firewood and ice just as cheap as local gas stations/grocery. I was on a primitive tent site - plenty big for a large tent with space to park, sit around the fire pit with room to spare. Also close to lots of hiking, state/national parks, Blue Ridge Parkway, etc. Not a bad drive to Boone.

This is my second time within a month of returning to this hidden gem. I LOVE their primitive camping spots down below nestled in the trees. It’s so peaceful and clean. Their bathrooms are amazing, a power shower! The owners are wonderful, so kind with smile on their faces. I like to disconnect from the real world. While you can camp up above and have power, I like to turn it off and enjoy the serenity it provides. My daughter and I are already homesick and look to return for more than a couple of nights next time around. They have gained us as extended family!

Wonderful weekend as always for our family. We had a total of 14 people and the accommodations were perfect for us. This was our fifth year and we are already planning our sixth. Marla and Kenny are the best hosts you could ask for and do everything possible to make it a fun and memorable vacation.

I've been staying at this site when I'm close by the last five years, it never disappoints, great place to disconnect and spend quality time, for those who love nature, the Linville Falls are about a 3 minute drive. I highly recommend it .

Great campground, accommodating friendly owners, clean restroom/showers, well stocked camp store, nice quite well maintained facility, looking forward to staying there again! You’re very close to several small towns (Spruce Pine, Newland) with nice restaurants/stores.
