The hotel is in a good location but exiting may a bit of a problem. Breakfast was just ok. The room was pretty nice but bathroom needed an upgrade.

호텔의 위치는 모든 것에 가깝고 매우 편리했습니다. 플러스였어요!! 하지만 반려동물 친화적인 호텔을 요청했을 때 저예산 객실에 배정될 거라고는 생각하지 못했습니다. 처음 체크인했을 때 방에서 이상한 냄새가 났거든요. 우리는 가서 공기 청정기와 청소 제품을 구입했지만 냄새, 강한 오줌 냄새가 사라지지 않았습니다. 카펫은 지저분하고 좋은 샴푸가 필요합니다. 방이나 바닥이 애완동물이 있는 가족을 위한 것이라면 방을 청소해야 합니다. 애완동물이 있다고 해서 지저분한 방에 들어가야 한다는 뜻은 아니기 때문입니다.

남편은 그것이 얼마나 망가지고 심해서 두 번째 밤에 거의 머물지 않았습니다. 샤워실은 누군가가 던진 것처럼 보였고 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 우리는 이 호텔에 다시 예약하지 않을 것입니다.

Reasonable, clean place. Nice amenities and very sweet staff. We check in here once a year before a week-long backpacking venture at Cumberland Island. The same associate checked us in, and she's always nice and professional. The breakfast is good. Thanks for the hot, fresh cookies in the evening!

Easy check in, helpful staff, good hot breakfast, indoor pool and the hot tub was awesome.

The rooms are always nice & clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful.

My biggest complaint is that the thermostat in my room did NOT work. Therefore when I turned the temperature down, the temperature in the room continued to rise, making for an uncomfortable night of sleep. Pillows and bed are really uncomfortable it takes a long time to get hot water from bathroom sink. Overall not a place I plan to stay at again.

Clean, good amenities, helpful staff and convenient to everythig

Overall, the facility is not very clean. But, worse, our room had a terrible musty smell. The AC unit was also noisy and beds were not very comfortable.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and convenient. Elevators are good working order. Pool area is in need of being updated and renovated.

Nice hotel, good area, close to everything & quiet!

Great friendly staff. Helpful with any problems, WIFI & toilet. Both taken care of quickly. Eco friendly as well! Laundry facilities available. Great hot breakfast. 5 stars!!! They will be doing a renovation soon, it will be amazing. Many thanks!

Close to downtown, quiet, clean, safe, with a kind staff. The full kitchen was nice, as was the indoor pool and hot tub. I will definitely stay at this property again!
