Pulled up as a cop was pulling out. Exterior entrance to each room was a large sliding glass door. View was the highway overpass. When I realized I failed to pack my thigh-high black leather boots, frayed denim mini skirt, halter top, and cigarettes, I opted to NOT stay. Submitted a request for a refund to Trip.com but was not granted one. Would recommend this location for men on hunting trips who bring their guns. Single women travelers are unlikely to feel safe.

The beds were not the most comfortable, but I guess they could've been worse though. Our main complaint is how paper thin the walls were. Someone checked in after 10pm to the room next to us and granted she was extremely loud herself, but we could hear EVERYTHING!!! It was horrible. I got maybe 2 hours of sleep. Other than the thin walls and 5/10 bed, the stay was good. The staff were friendly and while we didn't use the pool it looked like a really good sized pool. I myself loved that the thermostat was not one that locked you out- as I like to be very cool when I sleep.

Love the convenience of being placed in the middle of everything and still have the peace of mind of being in a quiet area at the same time. Shops, food, gas stations all within a reasonable walking distance. I've stayed here before because of work and I don't request to stay anywhere else but here because its the best choice. I will be back soon. Its a win-win all around!!

There was crap on the toilet seat and ***** everywhere wouldn't give me a refund even though I didn't stay here

Room was nice, fresh new look. Bed good, shower good. AC good and quiet. Very convenient, and although right next to the expressway, quiet. Every room opens to a balcony. The latch on the sliding door did not latch and only a pin to secure, I could open from the outside with a pocket knife. And there were way too many cameras. Security is my only concern, for this I would not stay with my family, and I really could not recommend for a business traveler. If they do something to secure those sliding doors, this would be a good place to stay.

The rooms are very outdated and kind of shady. The mattresses every time you moved they were so loud so sleeping ******. The tub had a crack in it that they tried to fix with some paste stuff. I was getting a shower and in the top corner of the shower is a black old cigarette just hanging out. Our room was on the inside on the second floor with no elevator so we had to pick up our heavy rolling luggage and carry it upstairs to our rooms. There was a weird smell coming down the hall to our room. Then I notice that I was charged for one day ahead of time and when I checked in I was charged for the second day. I looked at my account the night before leaving and they put a hold ALSO for the price of the two rooms which was $300 so $600 was taken out of my account and it took days to get the $300 hold back. On their site it says a $100 hold which I thought was dumb already. The doorway wall going into the bathroom you could tell was repeatedly patched, caulked, painted over and looked terrible. The curtain to slide and go to the balcony had an unknown brown substance in spots all over the back of the curtain where it should be white. No garbage bags in the trash cans. I am by no means high class and very easy to please but this was terrible. The only plus was the front desk people were very friendly and it was right beside IHOP that’s it.

For a small hotel it was very nice and clean. Very comfortable beds and Donna the front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful!!! We were pleasantly surprised in the condition of the entire place! Will definitely stay there again!

The staff made this stay great! Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Came to our rescue when the sink wouldn’t drain. Johnny on the spot in five minutes. Only to realize that we weren’t using the drain correctly. This was a no-frills stay but for the price that was to be expected. Comfortable beds, toothbrush if you forgot and snacks in the lobby…also very quiet, No elevator but no big deal. Would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay. Everyone is so nice and the everything is so clean. Double sinks in our room is a great convenience so we don’t have to wait for each other. The maintenance here is excellent, very impressive. We couldn’t even find a dirty window anywhere on the property. Pool is very nice. The price is so reasonable we stayed an additional night. Anything you could possibly want is right here, great shopping and restaurants. We now have a new favorite hotel in Central Florida.
