Red Roof Plus+ Williams - Grand Canyon

Blanks and towels dirty. No maintenance, broken windows, sticky floor. Swimming pool green. It doesn’t worth, you will lost your money and energy. The fridge was really dirty as well. The staff really rude.

The jazzy was broken and dirty not safe. The pool had alot of bugs. The window had to stuffed on the sides plugging wholes. The air didn't work When I complained to the guy at the front desk he didn't even care

pool green , hot tub green, place is very dirty!!!!!!!!!! faults advertising !!!!!!!!!Do NOT go by the pictures you see on the web trust me you do not want me to use 200 words on this review new bathroom windows with paper towels as caulking !!! in my room the lock is held on with zip tie i have pictures but i am sending them to corporate . These people should not be aloud to use RED ROOF INN NAME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I took my shoes off I'm walking around the room and I noticed I felt dirt on the floor and I'm thinking, they did mop this floor didn't they ? So I look at the bottom of my feet the bottom of my feet were black. So I got one of their bathroom towels and I mopped the floor the entire floor had not been mopped. The bed was some used 50 year old mattress it was terrible this was like some drug addict Hotel. The toilet paper holder was missing. LOL NO blow dryer the fridgerator did not get cold. The Sheets had been washed but there were black faded stains!!! The lobby was cold and uninviting. You need new management Red Roof!
