Stayed here so many times before and was disappointed this time . It didn’t start off great as we received our spa itinerary and we had booked dinner for 6:30 and our lunch had been given to us at 2-2:45 . I felt this was very late and didn’t leave much time between the 2 meals . We also had treatments at 4:45 again not giving us much time before dinner ( meant we had to rush back to the room to get ready and left no time for a pre dinner drink ) I asked if we could move out lunch slot the day I received the itinerary and was told I would be put on a waiting list , o explained it seemed silly with our timings and was told the spa don’t get evening dinner times so they can’t plan around these . To me this seems silly as this left us with less than 4 hours in between meals . I feel this is a process that needs changing . By 1pm my mum felt light headed and the lovely Hannah found us a spare table . Hannah was lovely and we had many dealings with her during the weekend . I paid for a club room and it was advertised that we would get a bottle of Prosecco, we didn’t get this we got a small bottle of white wine . I feel this was false advertising and not worth the extra money I paid . Food was lovely as always just disappointed with the room extras that weren’t as advertised and also the itinerary’s .
