The Space (our 2nd VBRO / Homeaway apt a new deluxe listing by a super rated host) Comfy and quiet, this is a nice alternative to hotel or urban accommodation. Apt is open, modern, and well equipped. Great room, open kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom with queen size bed. Additional convertible queen size sofa for 2 Close walking distance to shopping, & NYC trains and buses. The spaceEasy access our Apt. It is on the first floor, a few steps above ground level. Art on the walls and hardwood floors help give it a special feel. The apartment is well equipped and can accommodate up to four adults. There is a 49" smart LG new flat screen TV , the Apt is equipped with Verizon Fios for internet, & WI Fi for guests, Streaming TV with hundreds of programing choicesl. For your Laundry there are coin operated washers and dryers a level below the Apt. Bedroom sleeps two in a Queen size bed. The prices indicated for the Apt are based on single or double occupancy. The unit has a convertible queen size sofa to allow for one or two more guests (more then two guest an extra fee of $35 per night will be charged per night) Our Apt is 20 minutes to EWR airport and convenient for those interested in visiting the big apple but desire the relaxing atmosphere of or experience of the suburbs. Guest accessThe Apt is the perfect location; a few minutes walk to NY city Transportation, it is in the downtown. The downtown area is historic, it received the "great American Mainstreet" award several years ago. It has terrific restaurants, bars, live music, movie theater, boutiques & national shops: Gap, Banana Republic,Starbucks, Lord and Taylor, Trader Joe’s and more. Prior to your arrival we will arrange by text or phone, access to the APT. Since Feb 2020 we have been doing self check in The Keys will be in a lock box for self entry. Interaction with guestsBefore and while the guests are here, we keep in touch, via phone or emails.Other things to notePlease let us know if there is a need for parking or if you are coming without a vehicle. We can arrange for one parking spot behind the building if needed by the guest. Additional convertible queen size sofa for 2 . Friendly suburban town with quick access to NYC by train, bus, or auto. Train and bus short block and a half walk. A full kitchen with oven stove dishwasher frig, and micro allow for home cooking or entertaining. All dishes, wine glasses, and kitchen basics are provided, along with linens, towels and basic supplies. There is a parking spot available if needed by guest. On the first floor but several feet above street level the Apt is quiet and convenient. There are washers and dryers down one flight of steps below the Apt. The Westfield Y is close by. There are also a dozen other Yoga and other work out facilities nearby. With over 300 + businesses and services nearby there is little reason to leave town. We have a free standing Lord & Taylor Dept store two blocks away, a diner around the corner, and over 20 restaurants, bars, and other food establishments nearby. From fine dining to Chipotle, or Pizza you don't have to cook unless you want to. The Apt has hot water baseboard heat which you control and in the hot weather air conditioners that service the space. Verizon Fios with TV and WiFi fast service is provided inclusive of multiple new streaming options for the newest movies & sports if you like watching movies. The bedroom features a Queen size Sealy Trust ll super comfort mattress & a wall mounted electronic fireplace for relaxing rest & in winter months extra cozy warmth. If you are traveling with more then 2 persons or have need for 2nd bed, the sofa in the great room opens to another queen size bed . hardwood floors throughout, area rugs, & interesting art on the walls gives this Apt sparkle. This Apt has its own private rear & front entrances. There are coin operated washers & dryers for your use in the bldg basement.Guest accessThis Apt is a complete unit not shared. It has separate entrances & we offer one parking spot if you need one let us know in advance.
