I called the property before arriving to ensure accuracy. A gentleman by the name of Hyland assisted me. He ensured my stay details were accurate and gave me world class service I normally receive at 5 Star Forbes locations. My BONVoYfamily has never let me down. I will be back to make sure Christian at the bar takes care of my breakfast again. Hyland and Christian were amazing and truly made me feel super comfortable. Managers should speak with theses employees to acknowledge their amazing efforts. However, the conversation should not be limited to a “pat on the back”. The conversation deserves to go deep into appreciation, as they dug super deep to provide the world class service. This is far from a 5star resort. But Hyland and Christian definitely have the craft of making people feel like it is. Thanks again

What sold us was the pool, which was small but somewhat heated. Overall it was a great stay. Clean, well kept. Would recommend. Teeny improvements: a glow panel/nightlight for the bathroom so you can see where you are going in the middle of the night. The in room coffee could be much better. For some reason the check in person recommended the Basketball Hall of Fame, but that was so not us.

Building and front desk help was nice, as well as the room. Wifi requires cumbersome membership signup to connect. Pool was closed for maintenance. We stayed there with kids so they could swim, so that was a bummer. Food is overpriced.

Bare bones Marriott in Springfield. Pool is tiny. Staff helpful but understaffed, no food available because someone called in sick. Overpriced for what it is. Housekeeping provided only once every seven days.

Clean/Quiet stay, friendly staff. On-site Starbucks. Several dining and shopping options available within walking distance. Move theatre across the street for entertainment. Ample parking. The best option in West Springfield. Thank you to all staff for a great stay!

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and had good visit overall. The hotel was very clean and the folks at the front desk were extremely friendly and responsive to all my questions. The check-in experience went fine. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet for sleeping. I also liked the fact that the hotel had a heated indoor pool. The pool was on the small side, but the water was nice and warm. The only reason why I gave this hotel 4 stars rather than 5 is because the bathroom had some very weird design features which seemed quite impractical in my opinion. First, the water in the sink came out in multiple streams rather than just a single stream of water. Whenever I used the sink, water splashed everywhere, including on my clothes. Second, because of the way the shower was designed, it wasn't inherently obvious how to switch the water coming out of the tub faucet to shower mode. Usually there's a thing to pull out or lift up, but in this case, the thing was so well hidden in the faucet that I almost thought I'd have to call the front desk to find out how to get the shower started! After a few minutes, I figured it out, but it certainly wasn't obvious! So my only complaint is the weird design of the sink and shower. Everything else about the hotel was very satisfying.
