A relaxing villa vacation destination with the soothing breezes and waves of the ocean on one side and the majestic rocky bluff as a backdrop on the other side softened by the peaceful nature of flora and fauna, birds and butterflies. A blissful cascading waterfall, elegant organic decor and even a chef’s dream kitchen in the Manor House overlooks an inviting Ceylon blue swimming pool where the outdoor furniture beckons lazy lounging. Fragrant scents meanders through the abundance of freshly grown herbs guarded by lime trees and hibiscus flowers in sturdy white stone pots. The property is a feast for the eyes and palate where the fresh farm to table eggs, citrus, vegetables, fruit, fresh herb garnishes and cocktail ingredients have travelled just a few steps for your delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. Succulent dragon fruit were in bloom and the plant itself was as interesting with the contrast of the long spindly cactus leaves and the tulip shaped moonlight blooming flowers that eventually evolve into gorgeous light magenta and green petals on the outside enclosing white tiny polka dotted fruit on the inside. The Farm tour is a must for enthusiastic backyard gardeners where the fruits of their labor can be freshly sampled mere seconds away from the source. Freshly picked flowers from the gardens invite nature into your rooms along with unassumingly elegant plants in the common areas that were so well cared for my husband thought they weren’t real. Wonderful staff and amazing overall experience not to be missed!

This place is a gem of Cayman Brac. Very unique and charming place. If you are looking for a tranquil spot to explore and feel like you own the island come visit Cayman Brac ! Plus stay here even given you feel like you own the place for yourself. We stayed 3 nights at Star Apple and 1 night at Cherry lime and both rooms were massive! You have an access to the beach club which is about 2 miles away from the farm house and the beach is quite nice but rocky ( the negative thing we had was too much seaweed in the water ) the staffs are very friendly and helpful. We took a farm tour and got to taste some of their produce from the trees, also you can see very nice scenic views from the top of the farm. Foods were great and my husband loved spicy, he loved the way he can picked out the Thai pepper from the big pot right outside the front of the restaurant LOL !! We definitely enjoyed our stay and appreciated how peaceful the place was. No line , no rush, no traffic!

Private, quiet, outstanding farm tour with wonderful stay at the beach club studio. It was like being on a private island. The pool, beach and were peaceful and relaxing. The beach club food and drinks were wonderfully prepared. We made a 2 day trip from grand Cayman and were glad we did. The tour of the farm was impressive and the hotel manager was very attentive and genuinely wanting his guests to have the best stay and experience.

A beautiful resort with incredible service. We stayed at the Coast House, a comfortable secluded villa with beautiful views of the ocean which provides a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond even decorating our villa for my wife’s birthday.

These are beautiful properties. The garden tour is very enjoyable and the staff incredibly friendly, decorating our room with exceptional detail! We loved our stay.
