Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space just steps away from West End. We are easy walking distance to restaurants, fruit stands, liquor stores,beach, bars, dive shops, yoga studios, and water taxis. There is even a fabulous restaurant and a fitness studio next door! You can’t bet this location. Quiet yet minutes away from the action and conveniences!! Electricity is not included in the rental rate. This 1800 square foot, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has everything you will need for your vacation and more! Each bedroom has their own tvs and one in the living room too!! Upscale furnishings, granite countertops, bar countertop with bar stools, high thread count linens, etc. It has two master bedrooms with 2 king beds and a smaller third bedroom with a queen bed. This is the ground floor of the non waterfront building. It has lovely garden views from the balcony. Electricity is not included. We will read the meter at checkin and check out. The rate will be calculated using tbe previous month's bill, the allowance will be deducted, and the guest is responsible for the remainder. We do include an electricity allowance that covers normal use of lights, fans, kitchen appliances, and even a little AC. We are an island off the coast of Honduras. We have frequent electric, internet, and cable outages. It's part of the charm of Roatan.
