Our family of four, along with some of our closest friends, recently spent an unforgettable week exploring the stunning coastline of Roatán, and every moment was thoughtfully curated by the exceptional team at Xbalanque. From snorkeling vibrant reefs and scuba diving in crystal-clear waters to deep-sea fishing and sailing on a catamaran tour, each excursion was seamlessly arranged and unforgettable. The resort itself is a sanctuary of relaxation and luxury. The decor that Mrs. Patsy has collected from around the world sets such a unique and tranquil setting. We took full advantage of the on-site amenities, including the well-equipped gym, serene spa, and the open-air pavilion where we enjoyed yoga and a rejuvenating sound bath. Its prime location made it easy to stroll along the beach to West Bay or stop by the nearby nature park to visit with the monkeys and macaws—much to the delight of our kids. Every day brought a new adventure shared with our children and friends, but some of our favorite moments were simply spent lounging by the pool and beachfront. The team at the Lotus Restaurant took phenomenal care of us, serving up delicious meals with warmth and attention that truly made us feel at home. The chefs even prepared a red snapper that we caught while deep sea fishing right off the coast of the resort! Our suite was cozy and beautifully appointed, with a breathtaking view of the sun setting over the ocean—a perfect way to close each day. We are already counting the days until our next visit. Xbalanque captured our hearts, and we will most definitely be back.

Probably one of the loveliest resorts I've been to. Wonderful setting where the jungle meets the beach. Fruit trees abound - coconut, banana, mango... The rooms are spacious and wonderfully decorated. The restaurant on site, "Lotus", offered a delicious coffee and breakfast each morning. Never had a bad meal. The proximity to "West End", minutes away, made Xbalanque a treasure to enjoy. Can't wait to go back!!

This serene boutique resort checks all the boxes for a peaceful escape. Our yoga group just spent five nights at Xbalanque. The beauty of this special place cannot be overstated. The aesthetic of Xbalanque is defined by a gorgeous combination of natural wood, stone, tropical flowers and plants, and spectacular art. There are many places throughout the resort to eat, swim, relax (in sun and shade), have a massage, or swing in a hammock on the dock. Some of the qualities of Xbalanque that stood out for us: the attentive, friendly staff, the food, the comfortable beds, the filtered water everywhere!, the gorgeous jungle yoga palapa, and the overall beauty of the grounds. Our group snorkeled and saw the amazing coral reef and fish that Roatan is famous for, one person went fishing and caught enough fish to feed our group of 14 for dinner one night! Patsy, the owner of Xbalanque, has created a lovely oasis for her guests, she treats her staff like family and their attentiveness to guests is a testament to her appreciation for them and for those of us lucky enough to experience this uniquely beautiful place.

our experience was amazing !!! The property is beautiful and very well maintained and location superb The restaurant is the best by far in the island ( we tried a dozen different ones)!!! We are eagerly looking forward to return ! we highly recommend!!

The room was extremely far from the main part of the property. The room was in disrepair with broken blinds and dirty windows. The food was pretty average

Check in and check out person was absolutely the best. I had a stomach ache and was very helpful to assist. Also manager gave an upgrade that awesome.
