Usually, we have better experiences with this hotel chain. Noisy room (neighbors and location over the pool), no towels for the pool, and repeated problems with the heating/cooling systems. Breakfast was pretty good both days. Staff was friendly but didn’t seem ready to go above and beyond to help.

Everything was pretty great. The mattress appeared to dip a little in our room and we could never get the thermostat to cool down in our room.

I give it a 10. Everything was great about this hotel. Free breakfast is absolutely fanominal. Best place I've stayed in Ohio

Stay was Ok. The bright spot was Chris the breakfast worker. During 3day stay. He was always helpful,friendly and a joy to see in the mornings.

Great stay. Very modern. Well cared for. Rooms are nice and roomy. Excellent condition. Great customer service.

My room had molded cereal in the sink and the staff found that funny. It was like pulling teeth trying to get him to make sure we were happy about the situation

The staff was very helpful in getting us a handicapped room. They were also very friendly.

This was one of the more updated hotels we have stayed in lately. The room was GREAT, but the bed was underwhelming, as well as the bathroom, and the thermostat would NOT get below 70. I love a cool room when I sleep and that was a bit too high to sleep comfortably. It seemed clean, so I still felt like the value was good. When we were arrived they were short staffed so, like everywhere these days, but once we made it to the counter the gentleman at the counter was friendly and did a good job. The price was AMAZING for the room we got. The breakfast was very poor. I'm not expecting a chef or anything, but the eggs were swimming in water, the biscuits were extremely dry, the gravy was watered down, and there wasn't a waffle maker, which typically can save a breakfast if there isn't much else. We ended up going to get something instead of eating it. Overall it was a good value for the price, but I couldn't rate it extremely high because of the breakfast and the thermostat....

A great hotel and reasonably priced. Hotel room was a really good size with 2 queen beds, a desk and couch and coffee table. Fridge and microwave. Comfortable beds, very quiet. All the staff were very friendly, great breakfast.
