**A Truly Memorable Stay at Sterling Wayanad!** We recently visited Wayanad and booked a package through **Sterling Wayanad**—and what an incredible experience it turned out to be! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were quick to respond to even the smallest feedback and worked proactively to ensure every detail was taken care of. A special mention to **Nyouy and Jumali** from housekeeping who went above and beyond in decorating our room for my husband's birthday. It was a beautiful surprise and made the day extra special. **Mr. Amit** ensured that every aspect of our stay was smooth and pleasant. We had also booked a **candlelight dinner**, and thanks to **Mr. Sunil** and **Mr. Raman**, it was executed perfectly. The food was delicious, and Mr. Raman’s attentiveness throughout the dinner was much appreciated. Our driver, **Mr. Jitesh**, also deserves a special thank you. He was very familiar with the local routes, drove safely and smoothly, and was genuinely caring throughout the trip, making our travel experience even more comfortable. And then there’s **Mr. Dilip**—as many have said before, he's someone you simply won’t forget. His energy, personality, and the way he organizes activities brought so much fun and life to the trip. Truly an amazing person! We're sharing some photos of the beautiful decorations and our memorable moments at Sterling Wayanad. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special. ⸻ We recently stayed at Sterling Wayanad and had a very pleasant experience. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. A special mention to Dilip — his antics and cheerful attitude truly added to the fun of our stay! There are a few areas where improvements could be made: the food could be better in terms of taste and variety, and for coffee lovers, offering more premium coffee options would be a great addition. During our early morning checkout, there was a hiccup in applying a discount that had already been offered. However, the billing issue was sorted out at the earliest without much hassle. Overall, it was a lovely experience and with a few enhancements, Sterling Wayanad can be an even better choice for travelers.

Sterling Wayanad really stands out from others as it's located in a scenic and beautiful hill station in Kerala with good space in cottages for families. Got all required amenities with excellent service, good restaurant with various food options, large swimming pool etc. More interesting is their exclusive Activity centre located inside a resort which conducts lots of fun activities daily to entertain kids and adults with music, games etc.. The staff's courtesy was very good.

Had a very pleasant stay for 2 days with my family The hospitality was really incredible, right from the front office, restaurant service, security, house keeping etc were kind and humble. Kudos to the management for training everyone prioritising customer respect and satisfaction. Bonfire, indoor activities (Karaoke, Laughter games) by Dileep helped us remain engaged with other fellow travellers. Thanks to Dileep and Dipti who kept my young one engaged throughout my stay. Icing on the cake was a surprise anniversary celebration by the hotel team. Thanks for making a memorable stay! Great job team!! Kudos again!

The Sterling Wayanand resort is a true Paradise and a perfect place to escape and unwind ourselves .The room had a good view of lush green gardens with melodious sounds of birds in surroundings. we love the variety of activities available for from nature walks to amazing park treatments and the discovery activity club was also amazing . The complete staff of the resort was incredible and the food was outstanding. Specially we would like to thank Chef Sudheesh Chandran as he came to us each and every time whenever we went for food.He cooked delicious food as per our taste and requirement. Last but not the least was like a cherry on top of the ice cream i.e surprise given by chef Sudheesh for my birthday that was a birthday cake which made my birthday celebration one of the most memorable ones. Had an excellent stay at Sterling Weynad. This property is awesome. We felt like staying at home because of few wonderful people. Excellent service from house keeping Junalee and Amit. They are willing to go to anywhere to make us feel like that room is our home. Awesome food at restaurant taken care by Hemanta, Pratap and Raju ( forgot his name , I think it’s Raju). Finally entertainment by Dileep was awesom at Discovery. He is awesome. Thank you team. Will come again.
