Classic Wisconsin Lake Home on Big Silver Lake, Great for Swimming & Boating!

Enjoy great sunsets, and open concept living space, with great sweeping Southern facing views of crystal clear Big Silver Lake. Close to Wautoma, WI and walking distance to the Moose Inn, and SilverCryst Restaurant. Silver Lake is a really great hard sand bottom lake that is excellent for swimming. The home is a 3 bedroom, 1 loft area, and 2 bathroom renovated historic cottage from 1900 that has plenty of exposed woodwork, and open concept. It offers great views, warm atmosphere, great fireplace, huge deck overlooking the water, and dock, boat lift. We have a rec room with ping pong, pin ball, poker table, dart board and TV. Also boathouse has life jackets, floats and paddle board and kayak. The first bedroom is on the main floor, it has a double bed, and a twin sized trundle under it. Then upstairs there is a open loft area where there is a double bed, and a XL Twin. There is also a room with two twin beds, and a room with a king bed and attached master bath. That room also has a private full bathroom. We also have a air mattress, and a pack - n - Play at the house as well. The house comes with all kitchen items you would need, and has a wash machine and dryer in the basement. The lake has Boat rentals either pontoon, ski boat, paddle boards, kayaks etc. There is two marinas that rent, Marks Quality Marina, and Blackhawk Marina are right next to Silver Lake.
