We got a good deal here! It was half the price of the holiday inn. It needs a bit of love, and the location isn’t as good, but it ticked the boxes we needed. One thing I found very weird, when we first check into our room, there was a pile of old clothes in there that didn’t belong to us

Although the staff are very friendly, this place is seriously understaffed. We have stayed here several times and are normally quite happy with this place but this time we couldn’t help but notice how generally scruffy it is. From the dirty, torn carpets to the filthy grouting in the tiles in the bathroom, and chipped paintwork and marks of squashed insects on the walls, this place is generally very tatty. Even the tables in the restaurant have been scrubbed so much that the varnish has worn off, but they are still very sticky. The food in the restaurant, although edible, is not worth the money unless you are on a meal deal. It’s in an ideal place to visit Harry Potter world and if you have children with you it’s very cheap as they eat for free. We won’t stay here again unless a complete re-furbishment is done

We stay at this premier inn regularly to go to the Harry Potter studio tour. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only issue are the bathrooms, the tiles need some bleach to stop the mould, especially as they aren't ventilated. The shower pressure is like trying to wash your hair with a toddlers watering can. There is now more choice on the evening menu, which is good. The breakfast is always very good with lots of choice.

We had a lovely stay at Watford Premier Inn, we stayed there for 2 night as was going to Harry Potter Studios. Only a short 5-10mins drive which was great. The staff at the Premier Inn were all lovely, bed was amazing very comfortable. We also had breakfast both morning's and that was lovely, a few things to do around there we went to the cinema alot of places to eat out aswell. The only down side to our stay was that we thought the rooms could do with being updated, our room needed repainting marks and stains on the wall, tiny bit of mould on ceiling in bathroom. Apart from that we had a lovely stay 😊

Great stay I went there and the staff was amazing! Check In was Great……………….the room was spotless both I can think about!!!!!!!!!!! The breakfast was fresh and. Cooked very fast! And the hotel itself near Harry Potter studios and its very easy to access

The hotel room is great! Staff worked hard. The only drawback is the location, behind a closed down restaurant and the only way in or out is past the closed down restaurant and as you can imagine with it being derelict it attracts unsavoury people. Didn't feel very safe.
