Ramada by Wyndham Watertown/Thousand Islands NY

Hotel was great for an overnight stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly, room was clean and breakfast was good! Would stay again and recommend to others!

It should be stated that when I stayed, there was below 0 temps happening. I arrived early, they checked me in. Painless and hassle free. Got the room. Clicked the remote. No joy, something was wrong. Called front desk, and he came up right away to fix issue. New remote, I’m a happy person. Next morning, took advantage of the breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bagel and coffee. Everything was great, hot and filling. The room was perfect. Heater was put to good use due to sub zero temperatures. I don’t usually sleep well in hotels. Any hotel. Not their fault, it’s me (not you). I slept better here, than anywhere else. In conclusion, this exceeded my expectations in every way.

Close to all shopping and restaurants. Hotel did some renovations to room Since last visit this summer.

I ike the hotel but unfortunately the bed was so bad. It was springy and was sank in the middle of the med. Unfortunately we woke up with bad backs and in alot of pain.

Front desk gave another guest a key to my room not once, not twice, but three times. Thankfully door was locked in the middle of the night when guest was attempting to get in. Completely unacceptable and not safe.

The place was a little outdated but clean and the staff was kind. The breakfast was better than expected as they had bacon and eggs and other days sausage along with pancakes and coffee and juices. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it was fine for the few days we stayed. Also the price was reasonable

Great property. Great price. Close to the mall and not too far from target and eats.

Property was ok for a night but a bit outdated. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly.

Could use more blankets so you don’t have to turn heat up otherwise excellent stay
