Please see photos. Dirty!! The dirties room ever seen. After check in, immediately check out! Wasted my money without staying in. Bedsheet never change, full of previous stayed hair and all stained.Even table n wall all stained. Disgusting! Toilet water low, n smelly! Window cannot close properly, lock spoiled. If want to check in early, either pay RM30 or give good review.

-Check-in issue: "Although my booking through Trip.com stated a 2:00 PM check-in, the hotel insisted on 3:00 PM and refused to honor the booking confirmation." -Unreasonable review demand: "The front desk required me to post a five-star Google review in order to check in early, and since I booked two rooms, they demanded two separate reviews." -Accessibility concern: "The hotel had no lift, forcing a 70-year-old family member to climb three flights of stairs to reach the room." -Room quality issues: "The air conditioning was weak, the water pressure was low, and one room faced a noisy main road, making the stay uncomfortable." -Overall dissatisfaction: "Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the rooms were so hot and noisy during the day that we preferred not to stay inside."

Room & toilet: clean Air-con: good Bedsheet: has stains on it (need to improve) Window: unable to close properly (not repaired), therefore unable to block the noise from outside. This had affected my sleep.

This hotel basically cannot stay cause no lift n need to climb 2 floor n I alrdy 60 years old

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

The staff provided good service, the rooms were clean and quiet.

Rooms are clean, but location may not be so convenient. Price wise it's value for money

During checkin found bedsheets with stain when ask to change the worker ask us to change ourself... Also lot of baby cockroach running in the room...

Can't asking for more despite this fare for staying. Recommend for short stay.
