Desirable area with great outdoor space. Flat, fenced in back yard allows for privacy while grilling, sitting by the fire pit, playing any of the many provided yard games, or relaxing and enjoying a meal. Walk just minutes to marinas to launch your boat or kayak, go fishing, hop on a charter boat, or dine with a water view. Enter the home into the open & spacious living room with vaulted ceilings. The smart TV gives you access to all of your preferred streaming apps. Off the living room is a newly added GAME ROOM with 2 arcade machines, board games, and cards. The game room also has a cozy chair that folds out to a small bed. Bedding provided for another sleeping option (kids will love this, adults may wish to stick to one of the 3 queen bed options). Walk through the living room to the fully equipped kitchen with space for 4 to dine. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a stall shower. Spaced out bedrooms allow for some privacy. Fans and white noise machine also provided. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Living Room - Queen Sofa Sleeper Linens and towels are provided, but we do have a washer/dryer tucked right off the kitchen - a great bonus for those longer stays! *Please note we do not allow parties and expect guests to be respectful of our neighbors* **The shower in the bathroom is a small stall shower.
