The newly renovated Cliff Breeze Cottage is a stand-alone cottage located on the south-eastern cliff shore of beautiful Water Island, the little-known 4th U.S. Virgin Island. The Cottage is cooled year-round by the famous Trade Winds, which blow across the Atlantic from Africa and act as nature’s air conditioning in the Caribbean — hence the name, Cliff Breeze Cottage. Of course, air conditioning is awesome after a little too much sun, and the Cottage is equipped with an a/c unit to take the heat off you in the evenings. The back porch is kept isolated and private by natural foliage barriers, such that when you are on the back porch, not a soul on the planet can see you. You, however, will have a magnificent view of Sprat Bay, Hassel Island, the southern coast of St. Thomas, Green Cay, Buck Island, and French Cap.
