There is keyless entry to check-in anytime after 3 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.There are two extremely comfortable queen beds with one located in a loft with a small step ladder. The kitchen has smaller appliances with a fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, oven, and full sink. There is a coffee maker, toaster, and all other cooking essentials. A LG all-in-one washer and dryer is available for guests. Two clothing drawers are located on each side of the lower bed and suitcases can fit under the bed. A four person dining table is a perfect eating area and may also be used for a game table or desk space for a laptop. More seating is available outside with a picnic table and small bistro table. A propane grill is located outside for guests. The bathroom has a vanity and full stand up shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a portable crib located under the bed if needed. WiFi is available at the tiny house with a username and password. The 32 inch Roku TV has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and YouTube.
