픽업서비스 제공하는 워윅 호텔

나는 최근 다리 대회를 위해이 호텔에 머물렀다. 직원들은 더 친절하고 더 수용 할 수 없었습니다. 요청과 질문은 신속하고 우아하게 처리되었습니다. 방은 매우 편안했습니다. 최신 업그레이드를 디자인 한 사람은 그들이하는 일을 알고있었습니다. 방은 밝고 넓었 고 장식은 매력적이고 편안했습니다. 샤워는 빨리 뜨거웠고 큰 흐름을 가지고있었습니다. 침대는 매우 편안했고 (아침의 뒷통치가 없습니다!) 많은 장치를 충전 할 수있는 콘센트가 많이 있습니다. 또한 여러분이 항상 더 이상 찾을 수 없는 약간의 손길이 있었습니다. 방에 냉장고, 간식이나 쓰기를 위한 테이블과 의자 콤보, 채널이 많은 사용하기 쉬운 TV. 위치는 고속도로와 많은 식당에 편리합니다. 호텔 식당의 음식은 매우 좋았습니다. 약간의 불만 - 샤워 층은 약간 미끄러 웠고 (핸드 레일이 있었지만) AC는 시끄 럽습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박!

호텔은 괜찮습니다. 매우 편리하며 공항과 가깝고 몇 걸음 떨어져 있습니다. 그러나 공항 수리는 정말 움푹 패인 곳이었고 도로 표지판에는 나무가 완전히 발견되었다고 표시되어 있으며 모바일지도는 큰 굴곡을 중심으로 촬영되었습니다.

OMG I don't know where to start. The lousy reservations service, the incompetence of the reservation associate, the lack of training, etc. Or should I focus on the actual visit to the site which looks like a war zone, the lack of any amenities, the front desk that never answers the phone (maybe I'm being rash here, as I don't really know if the phones are actually working b/c I called several time on 2 days with no answer...had to make the trip to the desk) the crappy room that looks like a converted storage container, the intermittent outage of the internet, the TV that quit working, or the missing restaurant and room service. My mind races. Let me just sum it up. ******!

This was a very good place to stay near T. F. Green Airport, Providence, RI. There was a free breakfast with all sorts of cold and hot choices. Free airport shuttle. I'm handicapped and walk with a cane, so I needed assistance with luggage. Usually this hotel doesn't have that as they are more like a motel when it comes to that kind of service but they were so helpful and accommodating. Make sure to request handicapped-accessible rooms/baths when making reservations. The beds are so, so comfortable with pillowtops. Orlando, the Maintenance guy, was wonderful. He brought all my luggage to my room. The next morning, I was leaving for the airport and he was the driver of the van. I guess he wears many hats! He was so amazing-brought my luggage to the van, from the van to the curb-side check in, waited to make sure they has a wheelchair for me to get through the airport. Awesome service!! The only concern I had at the hotel was the TV remote was filthy. I had to wipe it with alcohol swabs before I used it(and washed my hands 3 times in between). When I let the front desk know, they were appropriately concerned and said they would address it with their housekeeping staff. Good response to a complaint.

For an airport hotel, I would say that it meets expectation. We checked in with no problem and the lobby and eating area were generally clean and updated. I would say the rooms are okay if you are spending a night there, but I wouldn't jump to stay there for a visit to this area. The walls are a bit thin and there was a door between us and our next door neighbor, so it was easy to hear them at night. The room seemed to be a bit dated but it was tolerable (again for a night, not bad). The morning meal was your standard continental breakfast, but that being said it wasn't bad and hit the spot.
