바르샤바, Park Znicza 근처 호텔

호텔 위치도 좋지 않고 건물 자체도 매력적이지 않아 기숙사처럼 보입니다. 리셉션 데스크 옆에 식사 공간, 펍 카운터, 당구대가 함께 있어 리셉션 공간이 혼란스럽습니다. 입구부터 이곳은 비즈니스 호텔이 아니라 직장인 호스텔 분위기에 가깝다는 느낌이 듭니다. 아침 식사를 포함하지 않아서 다행이고 다른 곳에서 먹기로 결정했습니다. 방은 낡았고 별로 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 리모컨이 너무 지저분해서 사용하기 전에 깨끗이 닦아야 했어요. 주전자나 컵/유리가 포함되어 있지 않으며 품질이 매우 나쁜 화장지입니다. 직원은 괜찮았습니다. Wi-Fi가 작동했습니다. 그리고 놀랍게도 창문이 고속도로 옆에 있었음에도 불구하고 조용했습니다. 나는 돌아 가지 않을 것이다.

I had a reservation done on 07.07.2022 for the night of 08.07.2022, but on 30.06.2022 I have received an email from V Hotel informing me that the reservation was canceled, and no other details. After a fast investigation, I came to the conclusion that it was canceled because of a failed attempt of payment on 30.06.2022, due to an insufficient balance on my Revolut account. A couple of hours after getting the email (around 17:00), I called the hotel to understand what was the possibilities of recovering the booking as I added enough funds on my Revolut account. I was told by the receptionist that probably it was possible, however the manager was not in the hotel, he had no idea on how to do it and that I would get a phone call one the manager would be on the hotel. I've waited until the next day, but got no call. I decided to call on the next morning (09:40) and another receptionist told me that the manager would be arriving in 20 minutes, and they would call me when that would happen. I waited 4 hours and had no contact whatsoever. So, I decided to call them again (at 13:30). I was greeted by another receptionist, that simply suggested that I would create another booking. Which I replied that I would like to have the old booking back has now the price would be much higher. Then I was told that no other rooms were available on the hotel, contradicting the previous suggestion. After showing my disappointment for the lack of flexibility and effort to try to solve the issue in good terms, I was told once again that they would call me when the manager would come back. I asked when that would be and I was told that it would be on 05.07 or 06.07 (so I would be waiting for a reply until 2 days before the date of check in - assuming that they would call me). Obviously, I refused that since I would have to start looking for another hotel room right away. In the end of the call, I asked for the name of the person to which I was talking to and in return the receptionist hanged the phone on me (I was never rude or indelicate). Prime example of professionalism! To consider that 08.07 is the day of a concert of Coldplay in Warsaw and the demand for hotel rooms is very high for that day, and the hotel canceled my reservation on the first try to get the payment, in order to get another booking that would give them more money. In result, I lost my reservation and had to book a much more expensive hotel room elsewhere. My main complaints here are: - I only got one email, without any details on why the reservation was canceled; - There was no attempt to contact me over the phone in order to proceed with the payment on a different way; - The attempts of just make wait for their call until I would forget or give up; - The utterly unprofessional atitude of the last receptionist with whom I spoke, that didn't do any effort to solve the issue, gave me contradictory information and hang up the phone in my face. 와진지궁에서 차로 단 5분 거리에 있는 호텔에 주차장이 있습니다. 단일 요금은 약간 비싸고 주차 공간은 매우 협소합니다. 요금을 지불한 후 자리를 찾지 못하고 호텔 밖 거리에 주차했습니다. 집 시설은 기본적으로 편리한 호텔의 구성이며 부지런한 청소는 장점이다.

Visited with my wife for a weekend break and was very pleased we chose this hotel. The hotel is situated 2 metro stops from the Old Town and 3-4 stops away from the New town or city centre. The hotel is very contemporary and offers good location, very friendly staff, clean, hygienic and quirky hotel in Warsaw. The hotel is located 8mins walk from nearest train station Wschodnia/Warsaw east station hat has direct link from the Chopin Airport and costs PLN10 pp one way and takes about 30mins from the airport to this station. The metro/under station Dworzec Wilenski is only 5 mins walk from the hotel that takes you to old town ( station Nowy Swiat Uniwersytet) . The line is M2 that also interlinks with line M1. You only need to buy a 20min ticket that costs PLN3.40 each one way. The check in staff is very friendly and efficient, the check in is carried out at the bar and offered us room earlier than the time. The hotel offers bar service, breakfast at a charge PLN60 each, also offered complimentary welcome drink, bar food, locker in the main hallway/restaurant to leave your bags on the day of departure if your flight departs later than the check out time. As the hotel is built in an old Vodka factory, but is all well maintained and at the back of hotel the square has some cafe and restaurant should you wish to eat out here. Our rooms were spotless but do not offer tea/coffee facilities but can grab at the bar/lobby for a charge. The housekeeping does a good job to maintain the room and the shower room to perfection. I would highly recommend this hotel for the location, reasonably priced with friendly staff and very warm atmosphere, always with a smile.

우리는 최근에 Hotel Hetman을 세 번째 방문에서 돌아왔습니다. 호텔은 친절한 리셉션 직원과 훌륭하고 넓은 객실이 있어 그 어느 때보 다 좋았습니다. 큰 차이점은 아침 식사였습니다. 더 이상 뷔페 스타일이 아니라 이미 접시에 담겨 있고 클링 필름으로 덮인 모든 것이 있습니다. 이전 몇 년 동안 먹었던 것과 같은 음식을 사용할 수 있었지만 다른 방식으로 제공되었습니다. 아침 식사 공간의 식탁은 올해 더 넓은 공간을 차지했으며 테이블을 사용하는 각 손님 사이에 소독했습니다. 우리는 Hetman에서의 체류를 즐겼습니다. 정말 바르샤바에서 가장 좋아하는 호텔이며 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

We arrived early and sadly our rooms weren’t ready but we were permitted to leave cases in their care until we got back from exploring. We came back early evening to check In which was fast and our group got issued room keys with a description of all the benefits and times of breakfast etc. we were allocated room 360 which was huge and a massive bathroom containing a bath and a shower (was truly massive) Restaurant in the evening was dire mist if the group got their food but they seemed to forget about my order so after waiting and waiting I stormed out the restaurant and not even a sorry was given. Putting that aside breakfast was fantastic and probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen in a hotel with the choice of eggs freshly cooked off the Al a carte menu. Beds are comfortable but pillows are very flimsy. Hairdryer isn’t very fast and took me ages to dry my hair so if you need one take your own. The bath was love,y and wish I could’ve bought that home with me was a luxury to be able to fit in the bath with ample room. We walked to town in the morning and was a fresh brisk walk but it’s doable so you get to take In the embassy’s etc but if you don’t like or can’t walk fat then a taxi or Uber will do as it’s quite far out. We loved our stay and the group of 6 we all enjoyed ourselves. This would be definitely an option to return if the prices were right. Thank you for a wonderful stay
