The property was okay. Never heard the planes taking off or landing. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:00-10:00 each day. However, by 9:40 they had picked up all of the food and beverages. The male employee told my son to hurry up and decide what he wanted with what still remained out because he was cleaning up. It is important to note that my son has special needs and takes longer to process. A manager also yelled at an employee in front of me, which I found to be inappropriate for not cleaning the barista machine. The employee tried to explain that she had never touched the machine and did not know how to do what was being asked but the woman continued to berate her in front of me. The upper level employee was clearly lacking in leadership skills. Finally, I was charged 3x for my reservation at check-in. This was corrected at check-out but I had to bring it to their attention. Most all of the staff, with the exception of the few employees mentioned above, were friendly and helpful.
