We always stay at the Lion & Key when we visit London and have been fortunate enough to stay here again in October, December, and also January for my husbands 80th birthday. This really is the ”Savoy” of the small hotels in London and we always know without fail, we will have the most perfect stay. All the staff genuinely care about their guests having the best experience and you cannot fault the care and attention to detail that this hotel takes to ensure an excellent customer experience. They have a great team of which we would like to thank Giorgio, Kanti and Stephania for making all our visits a home away from home. The rooms and also public areas in the hotel are kept pristinely clean and are bright and cheerful. I love the attention to detail this hotel has even with the smallest thing. i.e. the shower cap in the bathroom also has a small hairband in the box ,which is excellent if you have long hair and can’t find your own! The beds are also extremely comfortable and we both always have an excellent night sleep. We love the open kitchen where you can see all the food being freshly prepared and cooked to order. They are very generous with their breakfast time which doesn’t end until 12 o’clock lunchtime. The choice and range that they offer in their restaurant, regardless of breakfast or main meals throughout the day would accommodate even the most fussiest eaters, which I am, but even I am extremely spoilt for choice as the breakfast menu is so comprehensive. The quality of the ingredients used in the restaurant is first class and so is the time and care in presentation which also reflects the pride that they take. We can honestly say that the breakfast’s we have at the L&K are the most tastiest, freshest, consistently perfect breakfast’s we have ever had and far exceed the quality that we have experienced over the years in 4 & 5 star hotels. To be honest, we often wonder how they continuously provide such care and attention to detail for the customer, even more so since Covid as many many hotels and restaurants seem to still use this as an excuse for a less than perfect service or menu range. We must’ve had over 100 of breakfasts since we have been coming here in 2018 and the eggs are always perfectly cooked with a lovely orange yolk, regardless of whether it’s a normal full English breakfast, or my husbands favorite the Egg Royale. We very rarely eat sausages or bacon at home, but the quality and taste of the ones here are amazing, so we always, always enjoy our breakfast which set us up for exploring all day. The transport links to this hotel are excellent as well. There are four buses that go past the hotel to Leyton underground, one of which is running 24 hours and they seem to come by every few minutes. Stratford is only four stops from Leyton so excellent connections for overground, DLR, O2 etc. Liverpool Street is the next stop along for even more connections so the location we find is a great asset to wherever we

우리가 도착했을 때 너무 기뻤습니다. 모든 곳이 깨끗하고 조용했습니다. 직원들은 사랑스럽고 우리가 알아야 할 모든 것을 알고 있는지 확인했습니다. 스파 시설이 훌륭합니다. 제가 너무 좋아했던 스팀룸, 사우나, 수영장, 자쿠지를 이용할 수 있고, 헬스장도 이용할 수 있으며 합리적인 가격의 스파 트리트먼트도 이용할 수 있습니다. 방의 샤워는 와우 사랑스럽고 뜨겁고 강력했습니다. 거기에서 너무 오랜 시간을 보냈기 때문에 나가고 싶지 않았어요 ㅋㅋㅋ. 이것은 우리 둘 모두에게 매우 가치 있는 시간이었습니다. 우리는 앞으로 다시 돌아올 것입니다. 찾기도 쉽습니다. 호텔까지 도보로 1분 거리에 전혀 멀지 않은 모퉁이에 주차장이 있습니다. Weatherspoons도 옆집에있었습니다. 멋진 숙박을 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 곧 만나요.

To whom it may concern I wish to complain about my experience with the Canary Wharf point A hotel on the 24th of March. I was very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism members of staff showed me and my friends during our short time at the hotel. Firstly, we got told to turn the music down which I totally understand and respected, after turning the music right down we get another knock on the door and once again it was security and a female member of staff claiming we were doing drugs and smoking (which really upset and offended me as I have recently lost a close friend to drug use). I offered them to come and search the room to prove we had no drugs and weren’t smoking but they were having none of it and told us we had to leave. To make it even worse they also made my other two friends leave who were in a totally separate room with no reason or evidence of this supposed drug use and smoking. I tried explaining that we have travelled from Sunderland and would be stranded with no where to stay but I was ignored and told to leave. Before we left the same female member of staff told us the manager has told them to make us leave she then gave us a card with a number to get hold of the manager which we rung immediately after leaving. If our experience with the hotel and service wasn’t bad enough, we then get told on the phone there’s no manager in the building which makes me believe the manager never told anyone to kick us out. In total we spent around 2 hours in the hotel and when I asked about getting a refund I got totally blanked and ignored. I have also emailed Canary Wharf point A hotel to express my disappointment with how we were treated but have not received a reply at this moment. 사랑스러운 하룻밤 휴가. 환상적인 방 - 이그제큐티브 라운지 614-크로스 레일의 멋진 전망. 그 단점은 일요일 아침 약 7am에 시작하여 DLR을 들었다는 것입니다. 접수 원인 Sandra는 정말로 친절하고 도움이되었고 저녁에 바를 직원으로하는 것은 매우 좋았습니다. 7 층의 이그제큐티브 라운지에는 청량 음료가 잘 선택되었지만 웨스트 엔드에서 저녁 식사 계획을 이미 가지고 있었기 때문에 저녁에 뜨거운 전채 요리 또는 무료 와인 및 맥주를 시험해 보지 못했습니다. 교통 현명한, DLR까지 도보로 2 분, 새로운 엘리자베스 라인까지 5 분, 주빌리 라인까지 몇 분 밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 완벽한 위치! 선택할 수있는 많은 레스토랑과 바. 아침 식사는 환상적이었습니다. 특히 도넛 벽을 좋아했습니다! 아주 소설! 요리 된 아침 식사는 주문할 오믈렛으로 맛있었습니다. 앞으로 다시 머무를 것입니다.

우리는 2021 년 8 월 말에 방문했고 경험은 좋지 않았습니다! 쾌적한 젊은이와 마주하고는 긴 복도와 계단의 비행으로 호텔 바로 뒤에 한 사람 (우리는 커플)을위한 방에만 두어야합니다. 우리는 다음날 결혼식을 할 예정 이었기 때문에 몇 개의 수하물을 가지고있었습니다. 우리 방에 만족하지 않지만 더 이상 방을 이용할 수 없었기 때문에 변경할 수 없었습니다. 우리는 아마 다음날 들었다. 우리는 또한 유럽식 아침 식사가 매일 제공된다는 정보를 받았지만 레스토랑 내부에서 문을 닫았을 때이 증거를 볼 수 없었습니다 (사진 참조) 우리 방은 다음날 바뀌었지만 우리는 결혼식을 가야했기 때문에 나중에 움직일 수 있는지 물었습니다! 그들이 우리를 작은 방에 넣었을 때 무뚝뚝한 대답은 고려되지 않았습니다! 우리는 즉시 또는 곧 움직여야했습니다. 또한 식당은 여전히 건물 부지처럼 보였고 구석에는 더러운 접시가 묻은 먼지가 많은 테이블이 있었는데 우리가 도착하기 전에 통보를 받았을 때 유럽식 아침 식사가 있었는데 누군가 테이블을 청소하고 빵을 넣기 위해 불렀습니다. 밀크와 두 상자의 시리얼이 상황을 진정시키기 위해 끔찍했습니다 (사진 참조). 객실은 그다지 크지 않으며 벽을 통해 모든 것을들을 수 있습니다. 레스토랑의 며칠이 청소되었고 전체 아침 식사가 제공되었지만 우리가 2 일 동안 만 머물 렀으며 이전 날에 우리가 지불 한대로 제공되었을 때 우리 자신의 아침 식사를 사야했기 때문에 조금 늦었습니다. 이거 !!! 주차도 그렇게 좋지 않습니다. 처음부터 제공되며 주변 거리의 주차는 어색합니다. 우리 경험에서 가장 좋은 조언은이 장소를 피하고 다른 곳을 찾는 것입니다 !!! 그 당시 직원들은 우리의 상황에 대한 전문성이나 예의를 보이지 않았으며 아침 식사 상황과 우리 방에 관해서 우리를 속이려고했습니다.

우리는 올해 가장 더운 밤 중 하나에 이비스 버짓 바킹에 머물 렀습니다. 에어컨은 훌륭하게 작동했기 때문에 런던 중심부의 훨씬 비싼 호텔에 머물렀던 친구들보다 훨씬 좋은 밤을 보냈습니다! 이스트 런던 대학 스포츠 도크에서 열린 행사에 참석했습니다. Tesco (Tesco)의 버스 정류장까지 짧은 도보 거리, 장소와 매우 가까운 19-minute 버스 여행 - 그래서 Ibis Budget Barking은 East London의 무언가를 가고 싶은 사람에게 이상적입니다. 하우스 직원의 앞면은 매우 정중하고 도움이되었습니다. 주전자로 5보다는 4를 모든 객실에서 표준 제공해야하는 것으로 평가했습니다 (Ibis Budget Portsmouth에는 주전자가있었습니다). 그러나 전반적으로 훌륭한 예산 위치.

I been to this hotel many times, its always gives best to stay after a long travel for sure, best clean and neat room, this time receptionist her name is Anisha she treated us really well much appreciated 👍,,, all is fine, the only thing I felt missing is tissues, I couldn't find any tissue box available in the room, but nice place.

호텔은 그리니치 지하철역 옆에 있으며 버스 정류장이 앞에 있습니다. 쾌적한 장소, 우리는 항상 안전하다고 느낍니다. 다음에는 여러 레스토랑이 있습니다. 호텔은 다양한 종류의 새롭고 훌륭한 아침 식사입니다. 호텔은 매우 좋았고 아내와 12-year-old 딸은 퀸 사이즈 침대와 싱글 침대 / 소파가있는 침대에있었습니다. 욕실이있는 큰 욕실.

Für uns war das Hotel ganz gut. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Die Haltestelle Greenwich ist keine 2 min entfernt und diese bringt einen ins Zentrum. Im großen und ganzen war das Hotel sauber. Das Personal war nett. Das Frühstück bietet leider keine große Auswahl. Mir fehlte mehr Gemüse und mehr Aufschnitt wie Käse oder ähnlichem. Mein Sohn war mit den Pancakes happy. Wenn ein Erwachsener ein Frühstück zahlt, isst ein Kind kostenlos mit ( 8.99 Pfund ). Die Gegend war jetzt nicht so besonders. 10 min Fußweg und man kommt bei Cutty Sark an. Leider war am 1. Weihnachtstag komplett alles dicht, auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Deshalb waren wir an dem Tag nur in der Nähe des Hotels spazieren. Die Zimmer sind nicht so groß, aber man schläft ja nur drin und hält sich nicht zu lange drin auf. Die Kissen waren uns leider zu hart. Wir sind Bauchschläfer und der Kopf lag damit zu hoch. Ohne war es uns dann zu ungemütlich, also schliefen wir mit und dies hat zu Rückenschmerzen geführt. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau, denn Kissen, Decken und Matratzen mag jeder Mensch anders und auf seine Art. Supermärkte gibt es in der Nähe. Wir sind immer zum Tesco der ist 10 min entfernt und haben uns Wasser und Snacks gekauft für den Abend. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen, es war im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels, preiswert und dennoch sauber und sicher.
