Lots of windows make it bright. French doors open to a 16x16 deck leading to large fenced in yard. House is perfect for snowbirds, families, couples, business travelers, and your furry friends will love the fenced-in yard! House has an outside camera at the front entrance and on garage. Video footage is not shared & is recorded for liability reasons, unauthorized parties and/or excessive guests, and pets not disclosed. Disabling/obscuring cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. We’re close to downtown, public transportation, highways, Lake Quannapowitt, Breakheart, and <15 miles to Boston, Salem, and casino in Everett.
