Hotel is near to the entrance to the ZOO park, citi cener is about 800 m.. Room was smal, but very clean. Bathroom is big and together with toilet. Breakfast is very good, sweet and Salty. In hotel is bowling and spa.

We had an extraordinary experience with the restaurant. We tried Lasagne and Caesar salad and we were not disappointed. The quality of food was very good, the taste exceptional. ❤️ Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you, we'll visit you again soon.

They make you pick up your keys at a different hotel. At best this is a bloody nuisance, at worst, we could have been left stranded if it were not for a local taxi driver who knew about this. There is no reception at this hotel, so, if you need ANYTHING, you need to phone the other hotel. When I checked our booking confirmation, it does tell you this, but in the very small print that nobody ever reads. So, not a good start. The bedrooms are basic, the furniture quality is poor and the rooms need a facelift. The beds are very hard. The bathrooms are OK, but my towels were taken away by room service and not replaced one night - and no reception to ask for replacements. The restaurant is a better story. Breakfast was pretty good, although the staff looked a bit lost. Dinner was good. I had high hopes for this hotel, but it will not be my preferred choice in future.

Every time I come back here, I prefer to stay at this hotel. But this time I was really disappointed. But let me elaborate. Upon arrival, I was instructed to go to another hotel in the locality, located at a considerable distance, especially if you do not have a means of transport at your disposal, to check-in and to receive the access card to the room. I didn't understand why because the reception was available at both hotels.During registration, I noticed that the accommodation rate is different from the one displayed on the website. Moreover, the information is even misleading: on the English site there is one rate, on the Czech one another. In the room there was a very intense smell of sewage, which persisted. The TV was completely non-functional.As a general finding, the hotel really needs improvements

We were at the hotel only for one night during our car journey, and it's great for one night stop. Clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast, big parking in front of the hotel. Location is ok but not attractive for longer stay

Hotel molto pulito e personale cordialissimo e molto qualificato. Colazione fantastica, anche la cena e ottima. Qualità prezzo giusto. Vicinissimo sia al centro che alla stazione ed è vicino ai centri commerciali. Stanza con una selezione di rum eccezionale.
