They make you pick up your keys at a different hotel. At best this is a bloody nuisance, at worst, we could have been left stranded if it were not for a local taxi driver who knew about this. There is no reception at this hotel, so, if you need ANYTHING, you need to phone the other hotel. When I checked our booking confirmation, it does tell you this, but in the very small print that nobody ever reads. So, not a good start. The bedrooms are basic, the furniture quality is poor and the rooms need a facelift. The beds are very hard. The bathrooms are OK, but my towels were taken away by room service and not replaced one night - and no reception to ask for replacements. The restaurant is a better story. Breakfast was pretty good, although the staff looked a bit lost. Dinner was good. I had high hopes for this hotel, but it will not be my preferred choice in future.
