호텔 로열 비베로네

The location was good; we had working air conditioning. The pool was lovely. That was it though. The staff were very unwelcoming, no English at all despite advertising they did. No smiles from any of them; at breakfast they were lined up behind the breakfast bar like The Addams Family. One to serve cheese, one to serve Ham, one to make an omelette (but would put nothing in it). Not allowed to help yourself! They seemed to like cake though (lots of it) for breakfast. Overall, a poor breakfast. We requested extra pillows three times, each time promised it would happen. It didn’t. My daughter had booked a family room for 2 adults, two kids. She was given one double bed and one single. Despite on-going protests that the booking requested 1 double and two singles, they refused to do anything apart from a price reduction. The staff were unsmiling; unhelpful, unwelcoming. Unfortunately their other restaurant across the road wasn’t open (in peak time, Friday night in August?) so we ate at a nearby lakefront restaurant, food excellent, but as it got dark it quickly transformed into mosquito heaven. All in all not a good stay. Would we go back? Not a chance.

Questa è la nostra 3 volta al Royal. Partiamo dalle note positive: La camera vista lago e la Simpatia della Signora Carmen. Note negative: Struttura datata, ci siamo fermati 2 notti, il secondo giorno per circa due ore nel pomeriggio non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare la piscina perché i un Gruppo di Ragazzini si sono messi a giocare a pallone disturbando la clientela(probabilmente non clienti dell’hotel)
