Good rooms in a quite place. Public transports available close to the hotel. I used the help desk during the auto check-in function: they help me to get the access in real time!

Great location right in the centre and close to all the main sights. It's basic but clean and bright. I had a queen room and the size was fine for a short stay. I arrived when there front desk was open. Check-in was efficient and friendly. When the front desk is closed there is an automatic check-in outside, or a box to leave keys at check-out. No breakfast/food service but plenty of places to eat nearby, and they do have a vending machine for soft drinks/snacks. This wasn't an issue for me but be aware that it is in a pedestrian street so you won't be able to pull up outside with a car/taxi. From the pedestrian street you go into a shopping arcade to find the hotel. A good option for a short, reasonably priced stay.

To be honest this place wasn't even that bad if you don't care about getting a decent hello in the morning from any member of staff. They change your towels, make your bed etc. The noise is abit much the walls are quite thin but wasn't that bad, I wouldn't even be writing this review if some robocop on a power trip on the last night (as we returned back with bottled water on a Saturday night) told us we couldn't speak to each other in the rooms or have the telly on at all because the hotel walls where thin and if we did he would be knocking on our door....literally felt like he was going to come threw the door like a bat out of hell if we spoke.... Spooked Serious staff customer service needed Maybe a wash outside for the piss smell wouldn't hurt too...

Lo mejor la situación. Puedes ir andando a la zona turística y de tapas. La habitación sencilla. Se ve mucha limpieza. El baño con ducha y dispensadores de gel. Tiene secador. Hay una zona en la tercera planta con máquina de café (me encanta) y otra con agua, refrescos y snack. Ahí también hay una plancha por si quieres planchar tu ropa. Está bien. Sí recomendaría el hotel.

El colchón de la habitación era incomodísimo. El armario de juguete y los amities del baño brillaron por si ausencia. Salias de la habitación y como tienen detectores para encenderse la luz pues salias de la habitación a oscuras hasta que a mitad del pasillo te detectaba. Conclusion... Me esperaba que estuviese mejor

Se trata de un hotel sencillo y en el centro de Vitoria-Gasteiz. Ideal para conocer la ciudad. Hay una maquina de autocheckin en la entrada, aunque a la hora que llegamos nosotros estaba también la recepcionista que nos ayudó. Faltan detalles que con un mínimo de mantenimiento se solucionarían, por ejemplo los numeros de la habitación estaban despegados.

Hôtel agréable en centre-ville, dans une galerie marchande très calme. Dommage que ma chambre, au 1er étage, donnait directement dans une cour intérieure, certes pas fréquentée pendant mon séjour, car cela oblige à garder la fenêtre fermée.
