Brilliantly clean and modern hotel. Very welcoming and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Great location, with a lovely variety of bars, restaurants, cafes nearby.

We had not visited Viterbo before and we were lucky to stay at Palazzo Ubertini. The staff, Manuela and Alyssa, were welcoming and extremely helpful. Our room was large, spotless and well appointed. While we were there we had an issue with our rental car and they were extremely helpful. The Palazzo is in a great location in the old city. We hope to return for a longer visit in the future. o

This Palazzo is the ideal place to stay while visiting Viterbo and its surrounding area. It is located right downtown, within short walking distance of all city attractions. Parking can be a challenge; mercifully Viterbo has ample, free municipal parking by the city walls, and free elevators to and fro. The thermal baths are a short drive away. The rooms have been designed with the modern traveller in mind: spacious, fresh, airy, lots of natural light. The bed is very comfortable, there's a mini kitchen in the room, and a coffee maker. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, of course. The bathroom is good-sized, featuring a strong shower and lots of shelf space for cosmetics and brushes. Two wardrobe closets are wide and full length for dresses and suits. The front desk staff have the natural ease and grace of true professionals, eager to answer any question with a smile and a confident reply.
